Our employees are the most important assets of our business operations. That is why they need to be given all care and attention, so that we can effectively deliver on our slogan “good for everyone” for them. A large number of our employees also work in a three-shift system where it is a great challenge to keep our people sustainably employable. We believe that we can only achieve this with a thorough, structured approach in which our employees are also directly involved. This will enable them to provide their own input and think along with a view to reaching a concrete multi-annual action plan. We want to achieve this with a partner who helps us to identify bottlenecks, listen to our employees and come up with concrete advice to achieve our sustainable employability goals. The tool is an organisation scan. Through analyses and interviews, we want to gain insight into the well-being and work capacity of our employee. In addition, we want to map the balance sheet tax liability. With the resulting job load profiles, we want to provide guidance to employee and manager to work together on a preventive approach to sustainable employability. Finally, we want to use a PMO, in which a conversation with a vitality coach should not be missing. In the end, all this should form the basis for a solid and effective multi-annual action plan because we must continue to strive for the optimal well-being of our employees. Onze medewerkers zijn de belangrijkste assets van onze bedrijfsvoering. Daarom moeten zij alle zorg en aandacht krijgen, zodat wij onze slogan "goed genieten voor iedereen" ook effectief voor hen kunnen waarmaken. Een groot aantal van onze medewerkers werkt bovendien in een drieploegenstelsel waarbij het een grote uitdaging is om onze mensen duurzaam inzetbaar te houden. Wij geloven dat we dit enkel kunnen bereiken met een grondige, gestructureerde aanpak waarbij onze medewerkers ook direct betrokken worden. Zo kunnen zij zelf hun input leveren en meedenken om uiteindelijk tot een concreet meerjaren actieplan te komen. Dit willen we bereiken met een partner die ons helpt om knelpunten in beeld te brengen, die mee gaat luisteren naar onze medewerkers en die met concrete adviezen komt om onze duurzame inzetbaarheid doelstellingen te verwezenlijken. Het hulpmiddel is een organisatiescan. Door middel van analyses en interviews willen we inzicht verkrijgen in het welzijn en werkvermogen van onze medewerker. Daarnaast willen we de balans belasting-belastbaarheid in kaart brengen. Met de hieruit resulterende functiebelastingsprofielen willen we handvatten aanreiken aan medewerker en leidinggevende om samen preventief te werken aan duurzame inzetbaarheid. Tenslotte willen we een PMO inzetten, waarbij een gesprek met een vitaliteitscoach niet mag ontbreken. Uiteindelijk moet dit alles de basis vormen voor een gedegen en effectief meerjaren actieplan omdat we continu moeten blijven streven naar het optimale welzijn van onze medewerkers. (Dutch)

I nostri dipendenti sono gli asset più importanti delle nostre attività aziendali. È per questo che devono ricevere tutta la cura e l'attenzione, in modo che possiamo effettivamente realizzare il nostro slogan "buono per tutti" per loro. Un gran numero di nostri dipendenti lavora anche in un sistema a tre turni in cui è una grande sfida mantenere i nostri dipendenti in modo sostenibile. Crediamo di poter raggiungere questo obiettivo solo con un approccio completo e strutturato in cui anche i nostri dipendenti sono direttamente coinvolti. Ciò consentirà loro di fornire il proprio contributo e di riflettere al fine di giungere a un concreto piano d'azione pluriennale. Vogliamo raggiungere questo obiettivo con un partner che ci aiuti a individuare le strozzature, ad ascoltare i nostri dipendenti e a fornire consigli concreti per raggiungere i nostri obiettivi di occupabilità sostenibile. Lo strumento è una scansione dell'organizzazione. Attraverso analisi e interviste, vogliamo approfondire il benessere e la capacità lavorativa del nostro dipendente. Inoltre, vogliamo mappare il debito fiscale di bilancio. Con i profili di carico di lavoro che ne derivano, vogliamo fornire orientamenti a dipendenti e manager per lavorare insieme su un approccio preventivo all'occupabilità sostenibile.
