By implementing the measures under the guidance of the external advisor, we want to achieve the following results: — Realise continuous culture of improvement in which employees continue to proactively reflect on opportunities for improvement in the quality of their own organisation of work; — A learning culture from which all current, but also new employees can benefit; — Greater involvement of employees by gaining insight into ownership; — Making the best use of and promoting (exchange of) knowledge and experience of employees; — Personal development based on opportunities; — Greater involvement with our stakeholders. Door de implementatie van de maatregelen onder begeleiding van de extern adviseur willen wij de volgende resultaten bereiken: - Realiseren continue verbetercultuur waarin medewerkers blijvend proactief nadenken over verbetermogelijkheden in de kwaliteit van de eigen organisatie van werk; - Een leercultuur waarvan alle huidige, maar ook nieuwe medewerkers kunnen profiteren; - Grotere betrokkenheid van medewerkers doordat zij inzicht krijgen in eigenaarschap; - Optimaal benutten en bevorderen van (de uitwisseling van) kennis en ervaring van medewerkers; - Persoonlijke ontwikkeling op basis van kansen; - Grotere betrokkenheid bij onze stakeholders. Met de uitkomsten van dit project willen wij onze medewerkers steunen in hun ambities en behoeften door het erkennen van niet-bedrijfsspecifieke kennis en vaardigheden en het stimuleren van een positieve leeromgeving. Dergelijke niet-bedrijfsspecifieke kennis en vaardigheden zijn nodig om de ontwikkelpunten binnen het duurzame perspectief te realiseren. (Dutch)

Mediante la aplicación de las medidas bajo la dirección del asesor externo, queremos lograr los siguientes resultados: — Llevar a cabo una cultura continua de mejora en la que los empleados sigan reflexionando de forma proactiva sobre las oportunidades de mejorar la calidad de su propia organización del trabajo; — Una cultura de aprendizaje de la que puedan beneficiarse todos los empleados actuales, pero también los nuevos; Una mayor participación de los trabajadores mediante la adquisición de conocimientos sobre la propiedad; — Hacer el mejor uso y promover (intercambio de) conocimientos y experiencia de los trabajadores; — Desarrollo personal basado en oportunidades; Una mayor participación con nuestras partes interesadas. Con los resultados de este proyecto, queremos apoyar a nuestros empleados en sus ambiciones y necesidades reconociendo los conocimientos y habilidades no específicos de la empresa y estimulando un entorno de aprendizaje positivo. Esos conocimientos y aptitudes no específicos para las empresas son necesarios para lograr los puntos de desarrollo dentro de una perspectiva sostenible. (Spanish)

Attuando le misure sotto la guida del consulente esterno, vogliamo ottenere i seguenti risultati: — Realizzare una cultura continua di miglioramento in cui i dipendenti continuino a riflettere in modo proattivo sulle opportunità di miglioramento della qualità della propria organizzazione del lavoro; — Una cultura dell'apprendimento di cui possono beneficiare tutti gli attuali, ma anche i nuovi dipendenti; — Un maggiore coinvolgimento dei dipendenti attraverso l'acquisizione di conoscenze sulla proprietà; — Sfruttare al meglio e promuovere (scambio di) conoscenze ed esperienze dei dipendenti; — Sviluppo personale basato sulle opportunità; — Maggiore coinvolgimento con le nostre parti interessate. Con i risultati di questo progetto, vogliamo sostenere i nostri dipendenti nelle loro ambizioni e nelle loro esigenze, riconoscendo conoscenze e competenze non specifiche dell'azienda e stimolando un ambiente di apprendimento positivo.
