In het kader van het toekomstbestendig maken van het ontwikkelbedrijf Polygarde is het van belang dat onze medewerkers inzetbaar worden en blijven binnen ons dienstverleningsconcept. Hiertoe is een andere aanpak nodig m.b.t. ontwikkelprogramma’s die aansluit op de kenmerken en wensen van onze medewerkers én op ons dienstverleningsconcept. Nel contesto di rendere la società di sviluppo Polygarde a prova di futuro, è importante che i nostri dipendenti diventino e rimangano occupabili all'interno del nostro concetto di servizio. A tal fine, è necessario un approccio diverso per quanto riguarda i programmi di sviluppo che rispondono alle caratteristiche e ai desideri dei nostri dipendenti e al nostro concetto di servizio.
