Het project Aan Zet in de Regio ambieert de medewerker mee te nemen in de groei van het bedrijf door te investeren in de organisatie enerzijds en anderzijds bewustzijn laten ontstaan dat alle medewerkers, ongeacht niveau en plaats in het bedrijf, als onmisbare schakel gezien wordt. Medewerkers dienen aangespoord te worden om tot goede prestatie te kunnen komen, zonder de werkdruk en vooral werkstress die daar vaak aan is gerelateerd. Daarnaast is het de ambitie van Timmerbedrijf Ludo Aarts B.V. om te komen tot inzicht bij de werknemers dat eigen inbreng en ambitie om te komen tot een persoonlijke ontwikkeling, geen uitzondering is, maar meer een gegeven. De medewerker daardoor centraal als de spil in het bedrijf, is de ambitie van de directeur-eigenaar die met dit project daarbij zelf het voortouw neemt. Duidelijk moet zijn, nu het bedrijf afgelopen jaar is gegroeid, dat dit nimmer ten koste mag gaan van persoonlijke ontwikkeling werknemers. Integendeel zelfs. Het is juist de bedoeling dat medewerkers zich goed verbonden weten met de doelstellingen en visie. El proyecto Aan Zet en la Región tiene como objetivo involucrar al empleado en el crecimiento de la empresa invirtiendo en la organización por un lado y concienciando que todos los empleados, independientemente de su nivel y lugar en la empresa, son vistos como un vínculo indispensable. Se debe alentar a los empleados a lograr un buen desempeño, sin la carga de trabajo y especialmente el estrés laboral que a menudo está relacionado con ellos. Además, es la ambición de Timmerbedrijf Ludo Aarts B.V. obtener información de los empleados que la propia aportación y ambición para lograr un desarrollo personal no es una excepción, sino más bien un hecho. Como resultado, el empleado está en el corazón de la empresa, la ambición del director-propietario que toma la iniciativa en este proyecto. Il progetto Aan Zet in Regione mira a coinvolgere il dipendente nella crescita dell'azienda investendo nell'organizzazione da un lato e sensibilizzando che tutti i dipendenti, indipendentemente dal livello e dal posto in azienda, sono considerati un legame indispensabile. I dipendenti dovrebbero essere incoraggiati a ottenere buone prestazioni, senza il carico di lavoro e in particolare lo stress di lavoro che è spesso legato a loro. Inoltre, è l'ambizione di Timmerbedrijf Ludo Aarts B.V. di ottenere informazioni dai dipendenti che possiedono input e ambizione per raggiungere uno sviluppo personale non è un'eccezione, ma più un dato di fatto. Di conseguenza, il dipendente è al centro dell'azienda, l'ambizione del direttore-proprietario che prende la guida in questo progetto.
