As the Specialist in CNC milling, sawing, and drilling, we are industrial supplier of large and medium-sized series in solid wood and sheet material. We supply semi-finished products, prefabricated parts and finished products on a mostly repetitive basis. In view of the changing labour market, Boerboom Hout considers it necessary that its employees have the opportunity to continue to learn and therefore like to work on the following research question: How can Boerboom Hout promote the sustainable employability of its employees? At the heart of this question is that Boerboom Hout wants to develop a continuous learning culture and offer her employees with job happiness, vitality and personal development as the main pillars. The employees are the subject of sustainable employability and the biggest challenge is to connect, move and employ employees. The final result is an implemented learning culture that ensures the continuity of all employees and increases the happiness of work. Crucial factors are the ability to promote autonomy, connection with colleagues and the space to focus on your talent. Doing what you are good at and what you like promotes work happiness and reduces work stress. "Creativiteit & inventiviteit laten opleven in hout!" is de missie van Boerboom Hout en alle medewerkers die werkzaam zijn binnen het bedrijf. Als de Specialist in CNC frees-, zaag-, en boorwerk zijn we industrieel toeleverancier van grote en middelgrote series in massief hout en plaatmateriaal. Wij leveren halffabricaten, prefabdelen en eindproducten op veelal repeterende basis. Gezien de veranderende arbeidsmarkt vindt Boerboom Hout het noodzaak dat haar medewerkers de mogelijkheid hebben om continu te blijven leren en gaat dan ook graag aan de slag met de volgende onderzoeksvraag: Hoe kan Boerboom Hout de duurzame inzetbaarheid van haar medewerkers bevorderen? Centraal in deze vraag staat dat Boerboom Hout een continue leercultuur wil ontwikkelen en bieden aan haar medewerkers met werkgeluk, vitaliteit en persoonlijke ontwikkeling als belangrijkste peilers. De medewerkers vormen het onderwerp van duurzame inzetbaarheid en de grootste uitdaging ligt dan ook in het binden, bewegen en inzetbaar houden van werknemers. Het uiteindelijke resultaat is een geïmplementeerde leercultuur waarmee de continuïteit van alle medewerkers is gewaarborgd en het werkgeluk is gestegen. Cruciale factoren zijn het kunnen uitdragen van autonomie, verbinding met collega's en de ruimte om te focussen op je talent. Doen waar je goed in bent en wat je leuk vindt bevordert het werkgeluk en vermindert werkstress. Como especialista en fresado, aserrado y taladrado CNC, somos proveedores industriales de series grandes y medianas en madera maciza y material de chapa. Suministramos productos semielaborados, piezas prefabricadas y productos terminados sobre una base mayoritariamente repetitiva. En vista de la evolución del mercado laboral, Boerboom Hout considera necesario que sus empleados tengan la oportunidad de seguir estudiando y, por lo tanto, les gusta trabajar en la siguiente pregunta de investigación: ¿Cómo puede Boerboom Hout promover la empleabilidad sostenible de sus empleados?
