In the second quarter of 2016, we acquired a milling company from an entrepreneur with a pensionable age. This milling company has become part of our development company. This milling company had hardly any turnover and had to have a new right to exist. Outside machines and workspace there is no fixed structure. Besides the old entrepreneur, there was no staff. We hired two new employees, young people under 30, to work in the milling company. The old entrepreneur remains involved, for a period of 2 years, for knowledge and skills transfer and in order to be able to gradually move away from the company. The old entrepreneur is a craftsman he not only has the ability to operate the machines and the knowledge to make good work preparation, he also designed and built the machines himself. Only he knows how to deal with the machine park right now. Good guidance for the young employees in relatively inexperienced is a must for the existence of the new department. The employees will have to develop in their own skills set for the new positions, knowledge about the work and the ability to carry out the work properly must be developed. (English)

    In het tweede kwartaal van 2016 hebben we een freesbedrijf overgenomen van een ondernemer met pensioen gerechtigde leeftijd. Dit freesbedrijf is onderdeel geworden van ons development bedrijf. Dit freesbedrijf had nauwelijks omzet en moest nieuw bestaansrecht krijgen. Buiten machines en werkruimte is er geen vaste structuur. Naast de oude ondernemer was er geen personeel. We hebben twee nieuwe medewerkers, jonge personen onder de 30, aangenomen om in het freesbedrijf te werken. De oude ondernemer blijft betrokken, voor een periode van 2 jaar, voor kennis en kunde overdracht en om geleidelijke afstand van het bedrijf te kunnen nemen. De oude ondernemer is een vakman hij heeft niet alleen de kunde om de machines te bedienen en de kennis om goede werkvoorbereiding te maken, hij heeft de machines ook zelf ontworpen en gebouwd. Enkel hij weet op dit moment om te gaan met het machinepark. Een goede begeleiding van de jonge medewerkers in die relatief onervaren zijn is een must voor het bestaan van de nieuwe afdeling. De medewerkers zullen zich moeten ontwikkelen in hun eigen skillset voor de nieuwe functies, kennis over de werkzaamheden en de kunde om de werkzaamheden goed uit te voeren moet ontwikkeld worden.
