We think it is important that every employee sits in the right place, has the opportunity to develop himself and learns that sustainable employability is also a responsibility of its own in the short and long term. In this project, we teach our employees to discover, use and develop their own talents. We will stimulate and professionally guide the development process of the employees so that the employees can develop optimally, with pride in working for Dura Vermeer, are very valuable to the market and that continue to be for our company in the future. Dura Vermeer heeft bijna 160 jaar ervaring in bouw en infrastructuur. Als bouwbedrijf zien wij veel toekomst in innovatief projectmanagement met verstand van uitvoering. Meebewegen met de markt en inspelen op kansen zit ons in de genen. Duurzaamheid staat bij Dura Vermeer hoog in het vaandel. Zowel op het gebied van maatschappij, milieu als voor de medewerkers van Dura Vermeer zelf. Wij vinden het belangrijk dat iedere medewerker op de juiste plek zit, de mogelijkheid krijgt om zichzelf te ontwikkelen en leert dat duurzame inzetbaarheid op korte en lange termijn ook een eigen verantwoordelijkheid is. In dit project leren wij onze medewerkers hun eigen talenten te ontdekken, gebruiken en verder te ontwikkelen. Wij gaan het ontwikkelproces van de medewerkers stimuleren en professioneel begeleiden zodat de medewerkers zich optimaal kunnen ontwikkelen, met trots voor Dura Vermeer werken, zeer waardevol zijn voor de markt en dat ook in de toekomst blijven voor ons bedrijf.
