    Afstemmen van de ambities van de organisatie op de ambities van de medewerkers, zodat de arbeidsrelatie verduurzaamt. Motiveren van het personeel, stimuleren persoonlijke groei en medewerkers meer verantwoordelijk maken voor hun eigen loopbaan, door te adviseren en te begeleiden bij het implementeren van een cyclus voor het voeren van functioneringsgesprekken. Werknemers worden doelgericht aangestuurd door het stellen van functiedoelen en persoonlijke doelen en er wordt geadviseerd over het aanreiken van tools zoals begeleiding, coaching, training/scholing. Zaken worden vastgelegd in een persoonlijk ontwikkelplan, zo ontstaat een leercultuur, waardoor medewerkers langere tijd binnen het bedrijf passen en bovendien groei wordt gestimuleerd. Arbeidsvoorwaarden beter afstemmen op huidige behoeften, zowel van de zijde van de werkgever als de werknemer, waardoor een langere arbeidsrelatie ontstaat, met aandacht voor combinatie werk en privé. Implementatie van een personeelsreglement met als speerpunten creëren van een leercultuur, verlofmogelijkheden en waar mogelijk flexibilisering van arbeidstijden, zodat privé en werk beter kunnen worden gecombineerd.
