Проект „Интегриран воден проект на агломерация Смолян“ е разработен на база прединвестиционно проучване с оглед преодоляване на проблемите, свързани със съществуващата инфраструктура за питейни и отпадъчни води на територията на гр. Смолян и осигуряване на екологосъобразно пречистване и заустване на битовите отпадъчни води. Основните дейности, предвидени рамките на проекта са следните:- Реконструкция на водопроводна мрежа с изтекъл експлоатационен срок;- Реконструкция на канализационна мрежа с изтекъл експлоатационен срок;- Реконструкция по безизкопен способ на главен градски колектор;- Изграждане на нова водопроводна мрежа и зониране на мрежата;- Изграждане на нова канализационна мрежа;- Реконструкция на ПСПВ „Хубча” и ПСПВ „Превала”;- Изграждане на третично пречистване за отстраняване на фосфор на ПСОВ. В резултат от изпълнение на проекта ще бъде увеличен събраният и третиран товар на замърсяване преди заустването на отпадъчните води във водни обекти, ще бъдат намалени загубите на вода във водопреносната мрежа и ще бъде подобрено водоснабдяването на населението на гр. Смолян. По този начин ще се допринесе за постигане на специфична цел 1 „Опазване и подобряване състоянието на водните ресурси” на приоритетна ос 1 „Води” на ОПОС 2014 – 2020 г. (Bulgarian)

The project “Integrated water project of agglomeration Smolyan” was developed on the basis of a pre-investment study with a view to overcoming the problems related to the existing drinking and waste water infrastructure on the territory of Smolyan and providing environmentally friendly treatment and discharge of domestic waste water. The main activities envisaged within the project are the following:- Reconstruction of a water supply network with expired service life;- Reconstruction of a sewage network with expired service life;- Reconstruction in a trenchless way of the main urban collector;- Construction of a new water supply network and zoning of the network;- Construction of a new sewerage network;- Reconstruction of PWSP “Hubcha” and PWSP “Transvala”;- Construction of tertiary treatment for the removal of phosphorus of WWTP. As a result of the implementation of the project, the collected and treated pollution load before discharge of the waste water into water bodies will be increased, water losses in the water transmission network will be reduced and the water supply of the population of Smolyan will be improved. This will contribute to the achievement of the specific objective 1 ‘Protection and improvement of the status of water resources’ of priority axis 1 ‘Water’ of OPE 2014-2020. (English)

Le projet «Projet d’eau intégrée de l’agglomération Smolyan» a été élaboré sur la base d’une étude de pré-investissement en vue de surmonter les problèmes liés aux infrastructures existantes en matière d’eau potable et d’eaux usées sur le territoire de Smolyan et de fournir un traitement et un rejet respectueux de l’environnement des eaux usées domestiques. Les principales activités envisagées dans le cadre du projet sont les suivantes:- Reconstruction d’un réseau d’approvisionnement en eau dont la durée de vie est expirée;- Reconstruction d’un réseau d’égouts dont la durée de vie est expirée;- Reconstruction sans tranchée du principal collecteur urbain;- Construction d’un nouveau réseau d’approvisionnement en eau et zonage du réseau;- Construction d’un nouveau réseau d’assainissement;- Reconstruction du PWSP «Hubcha» et PWSP «Transvala»;- Construction d’un traitement tertiaire pour l’élimination du phosphore de la station d’épuration des eaux usées. À la suite de la mise en œuvre du projet, la charge de pollution collectée et traitée avant le rejet des eaux usées dans les masses d’eau sera augmentée, les pertes d’eau dans le réseau de transport d’eau seront réduites et l’approvisionnement en eau de la population de Smolyan sera amélioré. Cela contribuera à la réalisation de l’objectif spécifique 1 «Protection et amélioration de l’état des ressources en eau» de l’axe prioritaire 1 «Eau» de l’EPO 2014-2020. (French)

Das Projekt „Integriertes Wasserprojekt der Agglomeration Smolyan“ wurde auf der Grundlage einer Vorinvestitionsstudie entwickelt, um die Probleme im Zusammenhang mit der bestehenden Trinkwasser- und Abwasserinfrastruktur auf dem Gebiet von Smolyan zu überwinden und eine umweltfreundliche Behandlung und Einleitung von häuslichem Abwasser zu ermöglichen. Die wichtigsten im Rahmen des Projekts geplanten Tätigkeiten sind die folgenden:- Wiederaufbau eines Wasserversorgungsnetzes mit abgelaufener Lebensdauer;- Wiederaufbau eines Abwassernetzes mit abgelaufener Lebensdauer;- Wiederaufbau in einer grabenlosen Weise des Hauptsammlers;- Bau eines neuen Wasserversorgungsnetzes und Stellplatzierung des Netzes;- Bau eines neuen Kanalisationsnetzes;- Wiederaufbau von PWSP „Hubcha“ und PWSP „Transvala“;- Bau einer tertiären Behandlung für die Entfernung von Phosphor des WWTP. Infolge der Projektdurchführung wird die gesammelte und behandelte Verschmutzungsbelastung vor der Ableitung des Abwassers in Gewässer erhöht, die Wasserverluste im Wasserleitungsnetz verringert und die Wasserversorgung der Bevölkerung von Smolyan verbessert. Dies wird zur Verwirklichung des Einzelziels 1 „Schutz und Verbesserung des Zustands der Wasserressourcen“ der Prioritätsachse 1 „Wasser“ des OPE 2014-2020 beitragen. (German)
