The aim of the project is to carry out R & D works, aimed at developing a system using artificial intelligence for dynamic management of tasks of AGV/SLAM trucks in the transport of refrigerated boxes. The system will automate the process of transporting boxes from the storage yard to the transport tunnel in the warehouse spaces of companies involved in the sale, distribution and logistics of food products requiring refrigerated storage. TRL Currently technology has reached level III TRL. The possibilities of developing new algorithms allowing dynamic mapping of objects and the possibility of using associated technologies have been explored. Result — IX TRL — system ready for implementation. Frame BP PROJECT stages 1-3 — 18 m. PR stage 4-12 m. REZULTAT The process of transporting boxes from the storage yard to the transport tunnel in warehouses is carried out by forklift trucks. Currently, it is not possible to perform this operation remotely with AGV/SLAM trolleys, as they travel on defined roads from point to point. Boxes are left by operators in different locations and positions, which prevents automatic reception. The solution to the problem of effective removal from any position, landing and lifting of boxes at designated points is the development of a system for mapping the storage area. The system will be based on machine learning elements for dynamic mapping of storage space using high resolution video streams installed outside AGV vehicles.     CEL PROJEKTU Celem projektu jest realizacja prac B+R, ukierunkowana na opracowanie systemu wykorzystującego sztuczną inteligencję do dynamicznego zarządzania zadaniami wózków typu AGV/SLAM w transporcie boksów chłodniczych. System zautomatyzuje proces transportu boksów z placu składowego do tunelu transportowego w przestrzeniach magazynowych firm zajmujących się sprzedażą, dystrybucją i logistyką produktów spożywczych wymagających przechowywania w warunkach chłodniczych. TRL Obecnie technologia osiągnęła III poziom TRL. Przebadano możliwości opracowania nowych algorytmów umożliwiających dynamiczne mapowanie obiektów oraz możliwości zastosowania technologii towarzyszących. Rezultat - IX TRL - system gotowy do wdrożenia. RAMY PROJEKTU BP etapy 1-3 - 18 m. PR etap 4 - 12 m. REZULTAT Proces transportu boksów z placu składowego do tunelu transportowego w magazynach odbywa się wózkami widłowymi. Obecnie nie jest możliwe wykonywanie tej operacji zdalnie wózkami typu AGV/SLAM, gdyż one jeżdżą po zdefiniowanych drogach od punktu do punktu. Boksy są zostawiane przez operatorów w różnych miejscach i pozycjach, co uniemożliwia ich odbiór automatyczny. Rozwiązaniem problemu skutecznego pobrania z dowolnej pozycji, wyładunku i ustawania boksów w wyznaczonych punktach jest opracowanie systemu mapowania powierzchni składowania. System będzie oparty na elementach uczenia maszynowego do dynamicznego mapowania przestrzeni placu składowania z wykorzystaniem wysokorozdzielczych strumieni video zainstalowanych poza pojazdami AGV.
