Проектното предложение предвижда създаване на социални услуги на територията на Община Елин Пелин, както следва:-Център за обществена подкрепа, с възможност за спешен прием;-Дневен център за подкрепа на деца с увреждания и техните семейства;-Център за настаняване от семеен тип за деца.В община Елин Пелин живеят 22 231 човека в 19 населени места.10% от това население са хора с увреждания - физически и умствени. Нивото на безработица е над 6,4%, като в тях спадат основно членовете на семействата с деца с увреждания, полагащи грижи и подкрепа във всекидневния им живот, имайки предвид, че 54,7% от трудоспособното население са всекидневни трудови мигранти, работещи извън общината, най-често в гр. София. Дейностите по проекта са насочени към подпомагане на деца в риск и с увреждания, както и техните семейства с предоставяне на интегрирани социални услуги, чрез изграждане на Център за обществена подкрепа, с възможност за спешен прием; Дневен център за подкрепа на деца с увреждания и техните семейства и Център за настаняване от семеен тип за деца. С цел подобряване достъпа до услуги за връщане на пазара на труда на родителите, при полагане на качествени почасови грижи за децата им с увреждания . За целта ще бъдат ремонтирани и оборудвани сгради общинска собственост за разкриване на социалните услуги, ще се наеме компетентен персонал за работа с деца с увреждания и ще бъде предоставено професионално консултиране на родители на деца с увреждания и. Резултат от изпълнението на проекта ще се спомогне за преодоляване на социалното изключване, ще се възстанови трудовата активност и ще се повиши качеството на живот на лицата, ангажирани с постоянното отглеждане на деца с увреждания вкъщи. The project proposal provides for the creation of social services on the territory of the Municipality of Elin Pelin as follows:-Center for Public Support, with the possibility of emergency reception;-Day Center for Support of Children with Disabilities and their Families;-Center for Family Type Accommodation for Children. In Elin Pelin Municipality there are 22 231 people living in 19 settlements.10 % of this population are people with disabilities — physical and mental. The unemployment rate is above 6.4 %, with mainly family members with children with disabilities, carers and support in their daily lives, given that 54.7 % of the working population are daily labour migrants working outside the municipality, most often in Sofia. The project activities are aimed at supporting children at risk and with disabilities, as well as their families with the provision of integrated social services, through the construction of a Public Support Centre, with the possibility of urgent reception; Day Support Center for Children with Disabilities and their Families and Center for Family Type Accommodation for Children. In order to improve access to services for parents to return to the labour market, providing quality part-time care for their children with disabilities. To this end, municipal property buildings will be renovated and equipped to reveal social services, employ competent staff to work with children with disabilities and provide professional counselling to parents of children with disabilities. The project implementation will help overcome social exclusion, restore work activity and increase the quality of life of persons engaged in the permanent raising of children with disabilities at home.
