Successful graduates, with a proven attendance of at least 80 % of the staff for the relevant training and with a final test/state examination, will receive a relevant document certifying the completed training. The project trainings, fully in line with the needs of the enterprise, will cover employees working in the production workshops of the company in Belene and Elena. A total of 84 employees are employed in ‘Creations-E’ OOD, of which all 84 (100 %) have a level of education below ISCED and 24 (29 %) are over 54 years of age. The target group of the project includes 60 employees, of whom 100 % have a level of education lower than ISCED. Organisation and management activities are also foreseen to successfully achieve the set indicators and results; information and communication of the project.By the planned project trainings, in the long term, will increase the ability of employees in the company to meet the rapid changes in the labor market in the clothing industry, as a result of the intensive technological changes and modernisation of the sector and the increasing requirements of the users.The project activities include the 3 mandatory horizontal principles under OPHRD 2014-2020. Проектното предложение е насочено към подобряване производителността на труда и създаване на устойчива заетост в "Криейшънс - Е" ООД, чрез дейности, предвиждащи обучения на: 20 заети лица по ключова компетентност 2 "Общуване на чужди езици"; други 40 заети лица по ключова компетентност 4 "Дигитална компетентност"; 60 работници, които ще преминат професионално обучение за придобиване на втора степен на професионална квалификация по професия "Оператор в производството на облекло" код 542050, специалност "Производство на облекло от текстил" код 5420501. Обученията ще се извършат от избран/и изпълнител/и по реда на ЗУСЕСИФ и ПМС 160/01.07.2016 г. Успешно завършилите лица, с доказано присъствие от минимум 80% от хорариума за съответното обучение и с положен заключителен тест/държавен изпит, ще получат релевантен документ, удостоверяващ завършеното обучение. Проектните обучения, съответстващи напълно на нуждите на предприятието, ще обхванат заети лица, които работят в производствените цехове на фирмата в гр. Белене и в гр. Елена. Наетите на трудово правоотношение лица в "Криейшънс - Е" ООД са общо 84, от които всички 84 (100%) са със завършена образователна степен по-ниска от ISCED, а 24 (29%) са над 54 годишна възраст. Целевата група по проекта включва 60 наети на трудово правоотношение лица, от които 100% са със завършена образователна степен по-ниска от ISCED. За успешно постигане на заложените индикатори и резултати са предвидени и дейности по организация и управление; информация и комуникация на проекта.Чрез планираните проектни обучения, в дългосрочен план, ще се повиши способността на заетите лица във фирмата да посрещнат настъпващите бързи промени на пазара на труда в шивашката промишленост, в резултат от интензивните технологични промени и модернизация на сектора и все по-високите изисквания на потребителите.В дейностите по проекта са застъпени и 3-те задължителни хоризонтални принципа по ОПРЧР 2014-2020.
