The main objective of the project is to increase the professional competences of 204 pedagogical specialists from 8 partner schools for effective work in a multicultural environment in the main, medium, secondary, upper secondary and professional level, by applying a comprehensive strategic and training approach. The project will be implemented by 9 partner organisations-Educational Cooperation Foundation and 8 schools from small settlements in the country with more than 80 % of Roma and/or Turkish ethnic background and similar problems and challenges. The objectives of the project will be realised through the implementation of the following activities:1. Diagnosis of the situation in the multicultural environment in each school and specifying the content of the trainings under Action 2 and 3 and developing tools for sustainable and effective development in a multicultural environment 2. Organisation of 45 short-term trainings for work in a multicultural educational environment, culminating in the award of qualification credits on the following topics: Building practical skills for working in a multicultural environmentEmotive sustainability of teachers working in a multicultural environmentCompetitive model of teaching in a multicultural environment3. Organisation of 41 short-term trainings for work in a multicultural educational environment, which do not end with the award of qualification credits — on the following topics: Game models for learning Bulgarian language by children whose mother tongue is different from the BulgarianMotivational techniques for building and maintaining internal motivation when working in a multicultural environmentCoaching and professional guidance of students at risk of dropping out in a multicultural environment Creating and managing teams for joint problem solving in a multicultural environment The project also includes activities on management and publicity of results and provides for compliance with all principles for good and effective management of projects funded by the EU, sustainability and horizontal principles.     Основната цел на проекта е повишаване на професионалните компетентности на 204 педагогически специалисти от 8 училища-партньори за ефективна работа в мултикултурна среда в основна, средна, гимназиална и професионална степен, чрез прилагане на цялостен стратегически и обучителен подход. Проектът ще се изпълни от 9 партньорски организации-фондация "Образователно сътрудничество" и 8 училища от малки населени места в страната с ученически състав над 80% от ромски и/или турски етнически произход и сходни проблеми и предизвикателства..Целите на проекта ще бъдат реализирани чрез изпълнението на следните дейности:1. Диагностика на ситуацията в мултикултурната среда във всяко училище и конкретизиране съдържанието на обученията по дейност 2 и 3 и разработване инструменти за устойчиво и ефективно развитие в мултикултурна среда 2. Организиране на 45 краткосрочни обучения за работа в мултикултурна образователна среда, които завършват с присъждане на квалификационни кредити по следните теми: Изграждане на практически умения за работа в мултикултурна средаЕмоционална устойчивост на преподавателите при работа в мултикултурна средаКомпетентностен модел на преподаване в мултикултурна среда3.
