The project proposal is aimed at activating and integrating into the labour market by providing employment for economically inactive young Roma up to 29 years old from Haskovo Municipality. To counter the high growth of youth unemployment in the region and the social distances of young Roma, an integrated package of services for identification of economically inactive Roma (from 16 to 29 inclusive), vocational training and employment will be implemented. The activities involved in the operation will help motivate and actively integrate inactive young Roma into the labour market. The project will shorten the social distances and give a chance for successful employment of unemployed Roma young people in Haskovo municipality. The implementation of the project will contribute to the implementation of key measures and activities to improve the knowledge and skills of Roma young people, and to their sustainable integration and social inclusion through activation and employment. The implementation of the project will build on the measures implemented so far to combat youth unemployment, as well as contribute to improving policies aimed at integrating young Roma. Promoting youth employment will reduce the social burden of the Roma community on society and overcome the social crisis among young people in the region. The results of the project will increase social capital in the municipality of Haskovo and will improve the effective channels of partnership and interaction of civil society and business in solving major societal problems such as youth unemployment and Roma integration. Проектното предложение е насочено към активиране и интеграция на пазара на труда посредством осигуряване на заетост на икономически неактивни млади роми до 29г. от община Хасково. За противодействие на големия ръст на младежката безработица в региона и социалните дистанции на младите роми, ще се осъществят интегриран пакет от услуги по идентифициране на икономически неактивни роми (от 16 до 29г. вкл.), обучения по професионална квалификация и осигуряване на трудова заетост. Включените в операцията дейности ще помогнат за мотивиране и активно включване на пазара на труда на неактивните млади роми. Чрез проекта ще се скъсят социалните дистанции и ще се даде шанс за успешна трудова реализация на безработните ромски младежи в община Хасково. Осъществяването на проекта ще допринесе за реализиране на ключови мерки и дейности за подобряване на знанията и уменията на ромските младежи, и за устойчивото им интегриране и социално приобщаване чрез активиране и заетост. Реализирането на проекта ще надгради осъществяваните досега мерки за борба с младежката безработица, както и ще допринесе за усъвършенстване на политиките насочени към интегриране на младите роми. Насърчаване на младежката заетост ще доведе до намаляване на социалната тежест на ромската общност върху обществото и преодоляване на социалната криза сред младите хора в региона. Резултатите от проекта ще увеличат социалния капитал в община Хасково и ще подобрят ефективните канали на партньорство и взаимодействие на гражданското общество и бизнеса при решаването на значими обществени проблеми, като младежката безработица и интеграцията на ромите.
