The project proposal “Workshop for Dreams” proposes the implementation of a model aimed at creating favorable conditions for achieving lasting results in the educational integration of Roma students. The model includes targeted measures to support the process of successful personal, social and creative realisation of students. According to the identified needs of the target group, activities are planned in four main areas. First, a model for the prevention of early school drop-out “Before going!” with core activities: drawing up a register of students with unexcused absences; correctional individual and group work with students and parents; monthly motivational trainings in all classes for the development of students’ personal and social skills; initiative “All and time in class!” — competition for a class without absence.Second — a model to increase the reading literacy of students “I love to read!” with main activities: formation of 2 reading clubs “Friends of the book”; weekly hour for the development of the reading technique in all classes; competition in reading in all classes and at school level; Book Day — 23 April.Third — clubs for extracurricular activities: theatre studio, vocal, dance and instrumental formation, ateliers “Applied Arts” and “Ceramics and Glass”. 5 representative appearances to the local public will be held: Christmas holiday, musical and theatre performance on the occasion of 24 May, three exhibitions at the Mayor’s Gallery in the building of Pernik Municipality and an exhibition hall in the Regional Commission. Проектното предложение „Работилница за мечти” предлага прилагане на модел, насочен към създаване на благоприятни условия за постигане на трайни резултати в образователната интеграция на ученици от ромския етнос. Моделът включва целенасочени мерки, подпомагащи процеса на успешна личностна, социална и творческа реализация на учениците. Съобразно идентифицираните потребности на целевата група са планирани дейности в четири основни направления. Първо - модел за превенция на ранно отпадане от училище „Предай нататък!” с основни дейности: изготвяне на картотека на ученици с неизвинени отсъствия; корекционна индивидуална и групова работа с ученици и родители; ежемесечни мотивационни тренинги във всички класове за развитие на личните и социалните умения на учениците; инициатива „Всички и на време в час!” – състезание за клас без отсъствие.Второ – модел за повишаване на четивната грамотност на учениците „Аз обичам да чета!” с основни дейности: сформиране на 2 читателски клуба „Приятели на книгата”; ежеседмичен час за развитие на четивната техника във всички класове; състезание по четене във всички класове и на училищно ниво; Ден на книгата – 23 април.Трето - клубове за извънкласна дейност: театрално студио, вокална, танцова и инструментална формация, ателиета „Приложни изкуства” и „Керамика и стъкло”. Ще бъдат проведени 5 представителни изяви пред местната общественост: коледен празник, музикално-театрален спектакъл по случай 24 май, три изложби в галерия “При Кмета” в сградата на община Перник и изложбена зала в ОДК. Четвърто - изграждане на родителски клуб „Училище за родители” с основни дейности: сформиране на родителски клуб и провеждане на ежемесечни тренинги за приобщаването на родителите; провеждане на съвместни мероприятия с участието на ученици и родители /изработване на сурвачки, мартеници и боядисване на великденски яйца и организиране на изложби; провеждане на два спортни празника „Мама, татко и аз” – един на училищно и един на общинско ниво/.
