Through the implementation of the activities under this project, integrated services will be provided to people with inability to self-service and people with disabilities, combining complex actions to provide long-term care, including social and health services in the community or in the home environment. The provision of the services of “personal assistant”, “social assistant” and “home assistant” will ensure the prevention of institutionalisation of the target groups, improve their quality of life and support their opportunities for independence and social inclusion. The scope of the services used will be expanded, ensuring access not only to social, but also to health and other services provided in the community. Simultaneously, it will provide employment for unemployed people of working age, and through training will increase their competence. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Чрез реализиране на дейностите по настоящия проект ще се предоставят интегрирани услуги за хората с невъзможност за самообслужване и хората с увреждане, като ще се съчетаят комплексни действия в посока осигуряване на дългосрочна грижа, вкл. социални и здравни услуги в общността или в домашна среда. Чрез предоставяне на услугите „личен асистент” , "социален асистент" и "домашен помощник"ще се осигури превенция на институционализацията на целевите групи, ще се подобри качеството им на живот и ще се подпомогнат възможностите им за независимост и за социално включване. Ще се разшири обхвата на ползваните услуги, като се осигури достъп не само до социални, но и до здравни и др. вид услуги предоставяни в общността.Едновременно с това ще се осигури заетост на безработни лица в трудоспособна възраст, а чрез проведеното обучение ще се повиши тяхната компетентност.
