A warm lunch in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic in Tvardica Municipality aims to provide support to meet the basic food needs of those in need of social protection to the highest extent. The operation is a continuation of the targeted programme “Wall lunch at home in an emergency situation 2020”, financed by the national budget to address the consequences of the COVID-19 epidemic situation, allowing for the extension of the scope, including for the most deprived persons. A warm lunch will be provided on working days of the month to up to 625 persons from the target groups on the territory of Tvarditsa Municipality.The membership of the target groups will be confirmed by NSP Tvarditsa. Hot lunch will be distributed at certain points in the settlements of the municipality.The preparation of the warm lunch will be prepared by a contractor designated under the Public Procurement Act. In the framework of the implementation of the project, accompanying measures will be proposed in addition to the provision of food, taking into account the containment measures and the specific needs of people in these conditions, such as individual counselling on the possibilities of using other social services provided on the territory of the municipality, including those financed by the ESF; to support access to health services, counselling for healthy and balanced diets, counselling on the requirements related to the containment measures in place, etc., as well as individual support in response to the specific needs and problems of the representatives of the target groups in order to overcome the consequences of prolonged social exclusion. Топъл обяд в условия на пандемията от COVID-19 в Община Твърдица цели да осигури подкрепа за задоволяване на базовата нужда от храна на хората, които се нуждаят от социална закрила в най- висока степен. Операцията е продължение на целева програма „Топъл обяд у дома в условията на извънредна ситуация 2020“, финансирана от националния бюджет за справяне с последиците от възникналата епидемична обстановка от COVID-19, като дава възможност за разширяване на обхвата, включително и по отношение на най-нуждаещите се лица.Топъл обяд ще се предоставя в работните дни от месеца на до 625 лица от целевите групи на територията на община Твърдица.Принадлежността към целевите групи ще се потвърждава от ДСП Твърдица.Топлия обяд ще се раздава в определени пунктове в населените места от общината.Приготвянето на топлия обяд ще бъде приготвян от изпълнител определен по ЗОП. В рамките на изпълнение на проекта в допълнение към осигуряването на храна ще бъдат предложени и съпътстващи мерки, съобразени с противоепидемичните мерки и специфичните нужди на хората в тези условия като индивидуално консултиране за възможностите за ползване на други социални услуги, предоставяни на територията на общината, включително и такива, финансирани от ЕСФ; за подпомагане на достъпа до здравни услуги, консултиране за здравословно и балансирано хранене, консултиране за изискванията, свързани с въведените противоепидемични мерки и др.,както и индивидуална подкрепа в отговор на конкретно установени нужди и проблеми на представителите на целевите групи с цел преодоляване на последствията продължителната социална изолация.
