The Municipality of Pravets has created this project, which will lead to improved quality of life and access to social inclusion services in response to complex needs for at least 45 elderly people and people with disabilities. The project is a continuation of a number of social projects and activities, through which an analysis of the needs of the target group has been carried out and has a clear vision for the planned activities and implementation of the project for the establishment of a Center for hourly provision of services for social inclusion in a home environment. In the framework of the implementation of the project, the services will be provided in the home environment — “home assistant” and “social assistant”, health services are foreseen, as well as the provision of training and supervision for staff. Община Правец създаде настоящия проект, който ще доведе до подобряване качеството на живот и на достъпа до услуги за социално включване в отговор на комплексните потребности за най-малко 45 възрастни лица и хора с увреждания. Проектът е продължение на редица социални проекти и дейности, чрез които е направен анализ на потребностите на целевата група и има ясна визия за планираните дейности и реализация на проекта за създаване на Център за почасово предоставяне на услуги за социално включване в домашна среда. В рамките на изпълнение на проекта ще се предоставят услугите в домашна среда - "домашен помощник" и "социален асистент", предвиждат се здравни услуги, както и предоставяне на обучение и супервизия за персонала.
