The project proposal “Rehabilitation/reconstruction and modernisation of the fishing port of North Buna — Nessebar” provides for optimisation of the capacity of the existing port, ensuring improvement of the conditions for catching, landing and first sale of fish. The investment will create a protected watershed for safe mooring of fishing boats and vessels, thus satisfying their need to provide adequate conditions for fishing activity. In the first phase of the project will be carried out reconstruction and modernisation of the existing aquifer and the buna-harbor facility, including restoration of flooring and construction of external engineering nets.By the second phase of the project, a new protective breakwater with a port of steel kemes with a total length of 74 meters will be built to protect the adjacent waters of the fishing port, as well as inland floating ports for fishing boats, built of floating pontoons type “Breakwater”, equipped with power, water and lighting distribution points, which will increase the useful length of the quay front of the fishing port.The operational activity of the existing port will be greatly optimised by the construction of a multifunctional site with a market for first sale of fish, consisting of a group of removable objects and a D-shaped crane for easy landing of catches, as follows:- moveable object with an area of 15 sq.m., intended for catch control;- moveable object with an area of 15 sq.m., for use — administrative office;- moving object with an area of 15 sq.m., for use — household room for men and women;- moving object with an area of 15 sq.m., with purpose — refrigeration chamber for chilled fish; removable site with an area of 15 sq. m., for use — refrigeration chamber, ice generator for scaly ice, warehouse for packing and inventory; — stands for first sale of fish with sunscreen facilities to them, with a total area of 30 sq. m; (English) | |||||||||||||||

Проектното предложение "Рехабилитация/реконструкция и модернизация на рибарско пристанище Северна буна – Несебър" предвижда оптимизиране на капацитета на съществуващото пристанище, като осигури подобряване на условията за улов, разтоварване и първа продажба на риба. Инвестицията ще създаде защитена акватория за безопасно акостиране на рибарски лодки и кораби, като по този начин ще се удовлетвори потребността им от осигуряване на адекватни условия за осъществяване на риболовна дейност.В първата фаза от проекта ще се извърши реконструкция и модернизация на съществуващата акватория и на съоръжението буна-пристан, включително възстановяване на настилки и изграждане на външни инженерни мрежи.Чрез втората фаза на проекта ще се изгради нов предпазен вълнолом с пристан от стоманобетенови кесони с обща дължина от 74 метра за защита на прилежащата акватория на рибарското пристанище, както и вътрешни плаващи пристани за рибарски лодки, изградени от плаващи понтони тип "Breakwater", оборудвани с раздатъчни пунктове за ел. енергия, вода и осветление, чрез които ще се увеличи полезната дължина на кейовия фронт на рибарското пристанище.Оперативната дейност на съществуващото пристанище ще бъде сериозно оптимизирана, чрез изграждането на многофункционален обект с пазар за първа продажба на риба, състоящ се от група преместваеми обекти и Г-образен кран за лесно разтоварване на улова, както следва:- преместваем обект с площ от 15 кв.м., с предназначение за контрол на улова;- преместваем обект с площ от 15 кв. м., с предназначение - административен офис;- преместваем обект с площ от 15 кв.м., с предназначение - битово помещение за мъже и жени;- преместваем обект с площ от 15 кв.м., с предназначение - хладилна камера за охладена риба;- преместваем обект с площ от 15 кв. м., с предназначение - хладилна камера, ледогенератор за люспест лед, склад за амбалаж и инвентар;- щандове за първа продажба на риба със слънцезащитни съоръжения към тях, с обща площ от 30 кв. м; (Bulgarian)
