This project proposal provides for the supply of equipment and furnishings for an existing Day Care Centre for Children with Disabilities in the town of Isperih and the establishment of two playgrounds with children and sports facilities in the adjacent yard. DTCU was built in 2014 with funding from the RDP 2007-2013 under the project “Building social infrastructure offering services for children at risk on the territory of Isperih Municipality”. In 2015, with funding from OPHRD 2007-2013 under the project “Integration of children and young people with disabilities through the provision of social services in the municipality of Isperih” a new social service — Day Care Centre for Children with Disabilities for 24 users was opened. As of 01.07.2017 DCSD has a capacity of 30 seats, with 29 users currently filling. DCDU offers a complex of social services for the complete service of children and young people during the day by providing health, educational and rehabilitation needs, providing food and meeting everyday needs, organising leisure and personal contacts. The project envisages the construction of a sensory stimulation hall with the necessary specialised equipment in order to increase the effectiveness of the services provided for rehabilitation and integration of children and young people with disabilities. There are also facilities for a rehabilitation hall, for a Logopedic office, for Children’s Day and Youth Day, for the Psychologist’s Cabinet and for a therapist’s Cabinet. The improvement of the facilities will expand the range of social services provided in DSPU, satisfying the individual needs of the users and ensuring their ability to cope with the difficulties related to their reintegration. The project also foresees the construction of two specialised sites for children and young people, one will host children’s facilities for children with physical disabilities, and the other will have fitness equipment and can be used by children and young people with another type of disability. Настоящото проектно предложение предвижда доставка на оборудване и обзавеждане за съществуващ Дневен център за деца с увреждания в гр. Исперих и обособяване на две площадки с детски и спортни съоръжения в прилежащото дворно пространство. ДЦДУ е изграден през 2014 г. с финансиране от ПРСР 2007-2013 г. по проект "Изграждане на социална инфраструктура, предлагаща услуги за деца в риск на територията на община Исперих". През 2015 г. с финансиране от ОПРЧР 2007-2013 г. по проект “Интеграция на деца и младежи с увреждания чрез предоставяне на социални услуги в община Исперих” беше разкрита нова социална услуга - Дневен център за деца с увреждания за 24 потребители. Считано от 01.07.2017г. ДЦДУ е с капацитет 30 места, като към настоящия момент пълняемостта е 29 потребители. ДЦДУ предлага комплекс от социални услуги за цялостно обслужване на деца и младежи през деня чрез предоставяне на здравни, образователни и рехабилитационни потребности, предоставяне на храна и задоволяване на ежедневните потребности, организация на свободното време и личните контакти. По проекта се предвижда изграждане на зала за сензорна стимулация с необходимото специализирано оборудване с цел повишаване ефективността на предоставяните услуги за рехабилитация и интеграция на деца и младежи с увреждания. Предвидено е също оборудване за зала за рехабилитация, за Логопедичен кабинет, за Дневна за деца и Дневна за младежи, за Кабинет на психолог и за Кабинет на терапевт. Подобряването на материалната база ще разшири спектъра на предоставяните социални услуги в ДЦДУ, задоволяващи индивидуалните потребности на ползвателите и обезпечаващи техните възможности за справяне с трудностите, свързани с тяхната реинтеграция.Проектът предвижда и изграждането на две специализирани площадки за деца и младежи, като на едната ще се разположат детски съоръжения, предназначени за деца с физически увреждания, а на другата ще има фитнес уреди и ще може да се използва от деца и младежи с друг тип увреждания.
