The project activities will start on 01.02.2017 and a warm lunch will be provided to 100 users of the social service. Persons from three target logs will be covered, under the terms of the programme: — persons and families of monthly assisted under the terms and conditions of Article 9 of the Rules for the Implementation of the Social Assistance Act;- persons with proven lack of income and relatives to take care of them;- lonely living persons and families who are unable to support themselves through their assets or work and receive pensions of minimum amounts — for periods of insurance and age; for invalidity; survivors’ pensions; pensions not related to the work activity.Pilotna will start the realisation in three settlements of the Municipality of Zlataritsa, namely: Zlataritsa, Gorsko Novo Selo and Rodina. Our motives for the selection of certain settlements are the following:1.The municipality of Zlataritsa is in a mountain area and access to the remaining settlements is difficult, especially in the winter months.2.According to the preliminary studies, the largest number of persons falling within the scope of the target groups is concentrated on the territory of the above-mentioned settlements. The service will be provided by an external supplier company, and the selection will be made in accordance with Article 20(4)(2) of the Public Procurement Act. Currently, Zlataritsa Municipality has concluded contract No FSD-36-102 of 29.03.2016 with the company “Hranserviz BG” Ltd., which daily prepares food according to an approved menu and quantity for the needs of the CSD, CNST for children and young people without disabilities, House for Old People and Home Social Patronage. The contract has a term of 36 months, the selection of the contractor being carried out in accordance with Article 16(8) of the Public Procurement Act (repealed). The same contractor stated its intention to be involved in the project activities, requesting the possibility to prepare food in the form of the Catering service. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Проектните дейности ще стартират на 01.02.2017 г. като ще се предоставя топъл обяд на 100 потребители на социалната услуга. Ще бъдат обхванати лица от три целеви трупи, съгласно условията на програмата: - лица и семейства на месечно подпомаган по реда и условията на чл. 9 от Правилника за прилагане на Закона за социално подпомагане;- лица с доказана липса на доходи и близки, които да се грижат за тях;- самотно живеещи лица и семейства, които не могат да се издържат чрез имуществото си или труда си и получават пенсии в минимални размери - за осигурителен стаж и възраст; за инвалидност; наследствени пенсии; пенсии, несвързани с трудовата дейност.Пилотно ще стартира реализацията в три населени места от Община Златарица, а именно: гр. Златарица, с. Горско Ново село и с. Родина. Мотивите ни за избора на определени населени места са следните:1.Община Златарица е в планински район и достъпът до останалите населени места е труден, особено в зимните месеци.2.Съгласно направените предварителни проучвания най - голям брой лица, попадащи в обхвата на целевите групи е концентриран на територията на цитираните населени места.Услугата ще бъде предоставяна от външна фирма - доставчик, като изборът ще се реализира по реда на чл. 20, ал.4, т. 2 от ЗОП. Към момента Община Златарица има сключен договор № ФСД-36-102 от 29.03.2016 г. с фирма "Хрансервиз БГ" ЕООД, която ежедневно приготвя храна по утвърдено меню и количество за нуждите на ЦДГ, ЦНСТ за деца и младежи без увреждания, Дом за стари хора и Домашен социален патронаж. Договорът е със срок 36 месеца, като изборът на изпълнител е проведен по реда на чл. 16, ал. 8 от ЗОП /отменен/. Същият изпълнител е заявил намерение за включване в проектните дейности, като е заявил възможност да приготвя храна под формата на услугата "Кетъринг". (Bulgarian)
