The implementation of this project is part of the targeted social policy that the Municipality of Godech develops in support of vulnerable groups of the population living at risk of social exclusion and material deprivation. The target group for the project has been defined in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance No RD-07-1/04.04.2016 on the terms and conditions for determining the target groups under the Operational Programme for Food and/or Basic Material Assistance, co-financed by the Fund for European Aid to the Persons in Needs. With funds under the Operational Programme, Operation type 3: BG05FMOP001-03.02 will enable these people to receive a warm lunch in the months from October 2016 to April 2020. The implementation of the project will achieve the overall objective of the Operational Programme, which is to reduce the number of people living in poverty by helping them with food, in order to overcome the basic material deprivation. The public dining room will provide a “Wall Lunch” to a total of 30 persons, by 30 April 2017 and 35 persons from 01.03.2018, on working days of the week, from 1 October 2016 to 30 April 2020. The provision of a varied weekly menu will be guaranteed to ensure a balanced diet of the target group, while respecting food safety requirements and national nutrition standards and standards. Реализирането на този проект е част от целенасочената социална политика, която Община Годеч развива в подкрепа на уязвимите групи от населението, живеещо в риск от социална изолация и материално лишение. Целевата група по проекта е определена в съответствие с изискванията на Наредба № РД- 07- 1/ 04.04.2016г. за реда и условията за определяне на целевите групи по Оперативна програма за храни и/или основно материално подпомагане, съфинансирана от Фонда за европейско подпомагане на нуждаещите се лица. Със средства по Оперативна програма, Операция тип 3: "Осигуряване на топъл обяд" BG05FMOP001-03.02 ще се даде възможност на тези лица да получат топъл обяд през месеците от октомври 2016 г. до април 2020 г. Чрез реализацията на проекта ще се постигне общата цел на Оперативната програма, свързана с намаляване на броя на живеещите в бедност лица чрез подпомагането им с храна, с оглед преодоляване на основното материално лишение. Обществената трапезария ще предостави "Топъл обяд" на общо 30 лица, до 30.04.2017 г. и 35 лица от 01.03.2018 г., в работните дни от седмицата, в периода 1 октомври 2016 г. до 30 април 2020 г. Гарантирано ще бъде предоставянето на разнообразно седмично меню, с което се осигури балансирано хранене на целевата група, при спазване на изискванията за безопасност на храните и националните стандарти и норми за хранене.
