The project proposal is aimed at developing and promoting the territorial uniqueness of the village “Changene Skele” and its transformation into a year-round tourist destination with a characteristic appearance and preserved intangible cultural heritage, traditions and nature. The planned project activities include the preparation of a study for the preservation and promotion of the intangible cultural heritage related to fisheries in the Bay of Burgas; development of interpretation programs and preparation of animators for their implementation; investments related to the construction of an ethnographic complex, development of conceptual concept and construction of ethnographic exposition, project promotion activities. The project proposal addresses three main aspects of needs related to deficits in terms of the development of tourist attractions, including intangible cultural heritage, the lack of trained staff to implement competitive tourism policies, seasonality of tourism. The CLLD strategy states that alternative forms of tourism and tourism infrastructure are underdeveloped in the territory of the FLAG Burgas-Kameno. The project proposal aims to preserve and promote the intangible cultural heritage related to fisheries in the Bay of Burgas; improve the tourist image of the region by creating a new tourist product with the potential to overcome seasonality on the territory of the FLAG Burgas-Kameno; increase knowledge of traditional crafts, authentic customs and folklore related to fisheries; to promote environmentally sound use and protection of the resources of the environment. Implementation of the project proposal will create prerequisites for the development of local business, trade and provision of any kind of services on the territory of FLAG. The target groups are foreign and Bulgarian tourists and guests of the city; children, young people and adults from the Burgas region; local population with a large representation of the local fisheries community, tour operators. Проектното предложение е насочено към развитие и популяризиране на териториалната уникалност на с.о. „Ченгене скеле“ и превръщането му в целогодишна туристическа дестинация с характерен облик и съхранено нематериално културно наследство, традиции и природа. Планираните дейности по проекта включват изготвяне на проучване за опазване и популяризиране на нематериалното културно наследство свързано с рибарството в Бургаския залив; разработване на интерпретационни програми и подготовка на аниматори за тяхното провеждане; инвестиции свързани с изграждането на етнографски комплекс, разработване на идейна концепция и изграждане на етнографска експозиция, дейности за популяризиране на проекта. Проектното предложение адресира три основни аспекта на потребности свързани с дефицити по отношение на развитието на туристическите атракции, включително нематериално културно наследство, липсата на обучени кадри за реализация на конкурентоспособни туристически политики, сезонност на туризма. В стратегията за ВОМР се посочва, че на територията на МИРГ Бургас-Камено са слабо развити алтернативни форми на туризъм и туристическа инфраструктура. Проектното предложение цели да съхрани и популяризира нематериалното културно наследство свързано с рибарството в Бургаския залив; да подобри туристическия имидж на региона чрез създаване на нов туристически продукт с потенциал за преодоляване на сезонността на територията на МИРГ Бургас-Камено; да повиши знанията по отношение на традиционни занаяти, автентични обичаи и фолклор свързани с рибарството; да стимулира природосъобразно ползване и опазване ресурсите на околната среда. С реализиране на проектното предложение ще се създадат предпоставки за развитие на местния бизнес,търговията и предоставянето на всякакъв вид услуги на територията на МИРГ. Целевите групи са чуждестранни и български туристи и гости на града; деца, младежи и възрастни от бургаски регион; местно население с голямо представителство на местната рибарска общност,туроператори.
