The project intervention will have a direct positive cumulative effect both on the target group — employees in the company, including persons over 54 years old, and on the company — will help solve the identified problems of the target group and meet the specific business needs.     "Резбонарезни инструменти Габрово" ЕООД е дружество с основен предмет на дейност: производство на специални инструменти от висококачествени бързорезни стомани. То е голямо предприятие по смисъл на ЗМСП и е един от основните работодатели в област Габрово със заети 411 човека, от които 106 са на възраст над 54 години. Фирмата е осигурила през годините дълготрайна заетост, чрез устойчиви, добре платени работни места и е инвестирала в повишаването на квалификацията на персонала. Темповете на икономически растеж на дружеството през 2015 г.-2016 г. показват устойчиво нарастване, вкл. и на работна ръка. В тази връзка целенасочено се полагат грижи за персонала, чрез непрекъснати мерки за подобряване на условията на труд, безопасността при работа, корпоративната социална отговорност и осигуряване на оптимален работен микроклимат. Дружеството прави анализ на годишна база по отношение на условията на труд, което е в пряка зависимост от останалите бизнес инвестиции и производствени промени и има за цел да надгради съществуващите до момента работни условия, на база на утвърдена програма за минимизиране на риска. Настоящият проект се явява интегрална част от цялостния план за инвестиране в човешкия капитал и осигуряването на добра работна среда в "РИГ" ЕООД, чрез инвестиране в подмяна на съществуващи елементи от вакумната система за почистване на въздуха на цех "Метчици", с цел намаляване на вторичните източници на замърсяване, закупуване и монтаж на 4 бр. климатика за отопление и охлаждане на работни помещения, закупуване на 4 бр. машини за почистване на индустриални подове и организиране на транспорт от гр. Трявна до гр. Габрово и обратно на 33 бр. работници три пъти на ден, 5 дни в седмицата. Проектната интервенция ще има пряк положителен кумулативен ефект както върху целевата група - наети лица в дружеството, вкл. лица над 54 год., така и върху фирмата - ще спомогне за решаване на идентифицираните проблеми на целевата група и ще отговори на конкретните бизнес нужди.
