The main objective of the project is to increase the skills and competences of 15 unemployed and inactive and 5 employees through their participation in training and creating conditions for increasing labour productivity and sustainable employment in a tailoring company. The specific objectives are: 1. Ensuring access to employment and improving social and civic competences for 15 unemployed and inactive people through 30 hours of training, flexible employment in the enterprise and sustainable employment of 25 per cent of them. 2. Adaptation of the workers to the changes and improvement of the quality of the workforce of 20 employees, including 15 new employees through training in the profession of “Production of clothing”, specialty “Manufacture of clothing” and profession “Operator in the production of footwear and leather-gallante products”, specialty “Manufacture of leather and galantery products”.The target group of the project is 20 persons, of them 15 unemployed and inactive persons and 5 employees who do not have adequate skills for the needs of the employer. One initial training is foreseen for 15 unemployed and inactive persons in key competence 6 and their employment in non-subsidised jobs. For a period of 7 months, 20 persons will undergo flexible working hours and will participate in further training in 2 new tailoring professions. The implementation period of the project is 12 months. Throughout the period, the rules on information publicity will be respected, highlighting the contribution of the European Union through the HRD OP to the implementation of the activities. (English)

    „ГИД-2004” ЕООД ще отговори на основни предизвикателства на трудовия пазар и на идентифицирани нужди на предприятието и целевите групи с настоящето проектно предложение. От една страна несъответствието на работната сила с актуалните потребности на работодателя, а от друга променящият се интензитет на дейността и нарастващата необходимост от квалифицирани и по-производителни работници в шивашкия цех в Пловдив. Главната цел на проекта е повишаване адекватността на уменията и компетентностите на 15 безработни и неактивни и на 5 заети лица чрез включването им в обучения и създаване условия за повишаване производителността на труда и за устойчива заетост в едно шивашко предприятие. Специфичните цели са: 1. Осигуряване достъп до заетост и подобряване обществените и граждански компетентности на 15 безработни и неактивни лица чрез 30 часа обучение, гъвкава заетост в предприятието и устойчива заетост на 25 процента от тях. 2. Приспособяване на работниците към промените и повишаване качеството на работната сила на 20 заети лица, включително 15 ново наети чрез обучение по професия "Работник в производство на облекло", специалност "Производство на облекло" и професия "Оператор в производство на обувни и кожено-галантерийни изделия", специалност "Производство на кожено-галантерийни изделия".Целева група по проекта са 20 лица, от тях 15 безработни и неактивни лица и 5 заети в предприятието, които нямат адекватни умения за нуждите на работодателя. Предвижда се провеждане на едно първоначално обучение на 15 безработни и неактивни лица по ключова компетентност 6 и наемането им на несубсидирани работни места. За период от 7 месеца 20 лица ще преминат на гъвкаво работно време и ще се включат в последващо обучение по 2 нови шивашки професии.Периодът за изпълнение на проекта е 12 месеца. През целия срок ще се спазват правилата за информиране публичност, като се изтъква приноса на Европейския съюз, чрез ОП РЧР за изпълнение на дейностите. (Bulgarian)
