Key Competence Training 4 will have a total duration of 45 hours; Purchase of equipment, furniture, FTA related to the creation of 15 new jobs for the representatives of the target groups. The objectives and activities set out in the project proposal aim to achieve the following results: building a sustainable mindset in the representatives of the target group for labour market activity; turning them from passive objects to personalities who solve their own problems; improve the quality of life of the target groups, increase their self-esteem and confidence in their own abilities.     Настоящото проектно предложение "Нови възможности за квалификация и устойчива заетост за безработни и неактивни лица чрез разкриване на нови работни места във "ВОЛОВАР" ООД" има за цел създаване на устойчиви работни места за безработни и неактивни лица в предприятието кандидат "ВОЛОВАР" ООД. Проектното предложение ще се реализира за период от 17 месеца, като основните дейности по проекта включват: Дейност за организация и управление на проекта; Дейност по информиране и публичност; Осигуряване на трайна и устойчива заетост за период от 12 месеца на представителите на целевата група посредством разкриването на нови работни места във „ВОЛОВАР” ООД; Провеждане на професионално обучение по професия по първа квалификационна степен, с продължителност от 300 учебни часа по Професия „Шивач" код: 542110, Специалност „Шивачество”, Код: 5421101 на вече наетите по проекта 15 лица, представители на целевата група; Провеждане на обучение по ключови компетентности съгласно Европейската квалификационна рамка по: Ключова компетентност 4 „Дигитална компетентност” на вече наетите по проекта 15 лица, представители на целевата група. Обучението по ключова компетентност 4 ще бъде с обща продължителност от 45 учебни часа; Закупуване на оборудване, обзавеждане, ДМА свързани със създаването на 15 нови работни места за представителите на целевите групи. Заложените цели и дейности в проектното предложение целят постигането на следните резултати: изграждане на устойчива нагласа в представителите на целевата група за активност на пазара на труда; превръщането им от пасивни обекти в личности, които сами решават своите проблеми; подобряване качеството на живот на целевите групи, повишаване на самочувствието и увереността им в собствените им способности.
