Celem głównym proj.jest podniesiona aktywność społeczno-zawodowa i zdolność do zatrudnienia u 360 osób [216K/144M], spełniających wszystkie kryteria gr.docelowej, w terminie 09.2018-07.2020r. Gr.docelową w proj.stanowi 360 osób [216K/144M],zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykluczenia społ.,w wieku 18-64 lat,zam.w rozum.Kodeksu Cywilnego na terenie woj.warmińsko-mazurskiego (z wyłączeniem MOF Olsztyna i MOF Ełku),w jednej z gmin,w których % os.korzystających z pomocy społ. jest wyższy niż średni % na ter.woj.[zg. z pkt.1.13]. W tym: –Min.30% (108os.) to os.długotrwale bezrobotne; –Min.4% (15os.) to osoby z niepełnosprawnością [ON],np.o znacznym/umiarkowanym st,niepełnospr.;z niepełnospr.sprzężoną;z zaburzeniami psych.,w tym z niepełnospr.intelektualną i z całościowymi zaburzeniami rozwojowymi; –Min.20% (72os.) to os.zagrożone ubóstwem/wyklucz.społ.dośw.wielokrotnego wyklucz.społ.,rozumianego jako wykluczenie z powodu więcej niż 1 z przesłanek,tj.: a) os./rodziny korzystające ze świadczeń z pomocy społ.zg.z ustawą z 12.03.2004r. o pomocy społ.lub kwalifikujące się do objęcia wsparciem pomocy społ.,tj.spełniające co najmniej 1 z przesłanek określonych w art.7 ww.ustawy; b) ON–w rozum.Wytycznych w zakr.realizacji zasady równości szans i niedyskryminacji,w tym dostępności dla ON oraz zasady równości szans K/M w ramach funduszy unijnych na lata 2014-2020; c) os.korzystające z POPŻ. Zad.: 1.Diagnoza indywidualnych potrzeb i potencjałów; 2.Indywidualny coaching psychologiczny; 3.Trening kompetencji i umiejętności społecznych; 4.Trening kompetencji i umiejętności zawodowych; 5.Szkolenie kompetencji/kwalifikacji zawodowych; 6.Staż zawodowy. W efekcie realizacji proj.: –Min.216 os.uzyska kwalifikacje zawodowe potwierdzone uznanym w branży certyfikatem zewnętrznym; –Min.72 os.będą aktywnie poszukiwały pracy; –Min.90 os.podejmie zatrudnienie; –Osiągnięta zostanie efektywność społ.(34%) oraz zatrudnieniowa(25%; ON–12%). The main objective is the increased socio-professional activity and employability of 360 people [216K/144M], meeting all the criteria of the year 09.2018-07.2020. 360 persons [216K/144M] who are at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion, aged 18-64, in the sense of the Civil Code in the Warminsko-Mazurskie War (with the exception of MOF Olsztyn and MOF Ełk), in one of the municipalities in which the% of the population benefiting from the social assistance is higher than the average for the territory of the Province of Warmińsko-Mazurskie Province [1.13]. Of which: — Min.30 % (108os) is the long-term unemployed; — Min.4 % (15os) is a person with a disability [ON], a severely/moderately disabled person, with a disability with regard to equipment, including disabled intellectual disabilities and human development disorders; — Min.20 % (72os) is a risk of poverty/exclusion of multiple excluded areas of multiple exclusion, understood as an exclusion on account of more than 1 conditions, i.e.: (a) households benefiting from social assistance benefit under the law of 12.03.2004 for social assistance and/or eligible for aid to social assistance, i.e. meeting at least 1 of the conditions laid down in Article 7 of the Act; in the context of the implementation of the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for the ON and the principle of equal opportunities K/M, in the framework of EU funds for the period 2014-2020; (c) Persons benefiting from the POMA. Zd.: 1.Diagnosis for individual needs and potential; 2.Individual psychological coaching; 3.pooling of competences and social skills; 4.ning professional competences and skills; 5.Training of competences/professional qualifications; 6.Professional. As a result, proj.: —.216 will obtain professional qualifications certified by an industry recognised in the field of external certification; — min.72. will actively seek work; — min.90. to be employed; Achieved social efficiency (34 %) and employment (25 %; ON-12 %).
