Hankkeen tavoitteena on uusien, pitkäjänteisten asiakaspalvelukanavien luominen Euroopassa, USA:ssa ja Etelä-Koreassa ja uusien asiakkuushoitomallien kehittäminen. Uudet asiakaspalvelukanavat voivat olla joko välittäjiä, jakelijoita, asiakaspalvelukeskuksia tai ei-kilpailevia, toisiaan täydentäviä palveluyrityksiä tai muita yrityksiä, joilla on jo vahva jalansija paikallisilla markkinoilla. Asiakkaan näkökulmasta tavoitteena on luoda asiakkaalle enemmän arvoa suhteessa kilpailijoihin tai vaihtoehtoisten ratkaisujen antamaan arvoon. (Finnish)
