By participating in the competition for vocational orientation projects (BO), we want to submit a project for in-depth practical vocational orientation for pupils from a maximum of two upper schools in the Vogtland district with a maximum of 100 participants. The implementation is based on the well-established concept of “Professional Business Days for Secondary Students”, which has already been implemented for 8 years. The focus is on the realistic quality of the professional field testing in conjunction with an individual evaluation and follow-up of the career orientation process. The project is preceded by the compulsory pupil placement and deliberately aims at the individual potential of the student. In addition to the practical testing of professional field information, the project includes exploratory interests, strategies for career choice, reflection on aptitude, inclinations and skills for improved self-assessment and implementation strategies for entering the profession. Mit der Beteiligung am Teilnahmewettbewerb zu Vorhaben der Berufsorientierung (BO) wollen wir für Schülerinnen und Schüler von maximal zwei Oberschulen der Klassenstufe 9 des Vogtlandkreises mit höchstens 100 Teilnehmenden ein Vorhaben zur vertieften praxisorientierten Berufsorientierung einreichen. Die Umsetzung stützt sich auf das bewährte seit bereits 8 Jahren durchgeführte Konzept "Berufe schnuppern- Praxistage für Mittelschüler". Kernpunkt ist die realitätsnahe Qualität der Berufsfelderprobung in Verbindung mit einer individuellen Auswertung und Nachbereitung des Berufsorientierungsprozesses. Das Vorhaben wird dem obligatorischen Schülerpraktika vorgelagert und zielt bewusst auf das individuelle Potential des Schüler/innen ab. Das Vorhaben umfasst neben der fachpraktischen Erprobung Berufsfeldsinformation Interessenserkundung, Strategien zur Berufswahl, Reflexion von Eignung, Neigungen und Fähigkeiten zur verbesserten Selbsteinschätzung und Realisierungsstrategien zum Berufseinstieg.
