_Action 1 - Coordination d’actions de prévention des risques professionnels et valorisation des compétences des salariés_ Recrutement de chargés de mission à temps plein pour la coordination, la mise en œuvre, le suivi et l’évaluation des actions de prévention des risques professionnels et Gestion Prévisionnelle des Emplois et Compétences (GPEC). Le chargé de mission sera responsables de : * La mise en œuvre concrète d’un plan d’action aux niveaux local et départemental avec une attention particulière pour les salariés de plus de 54ans ; * L'élaboration et mise à jour des documents relatifs aux risques professionnels avec une attention particulière pour les salariés de plus de 54ans ; * L’accompagnement à la mise en place des CSE (comité sociale et économique) et des comités Santé et Sécurité au Travail ; * La diffusion et l’appropriation de fiches pratiques sur les gestes et postures en lien avec la manutention ; * L'accompagnement et la diffusion de bonnes pratiques en lien avec les autres fédérations des Pays de la Loire; * L'évaluation des actions entreprises.
