Il s’agit de rapprocher le monde universitaire et le monde de l’entreprise sur la question de l’égalité entre les femmes et les hommes. Permettre un enrichissement mutuel : les pratiques des entreprises enrichissent la recherche, les résultats de la recherche font progresser les entreprises et in fine faire progresser l’égalité professionnelle dans les entreprise et la société. Le temps fort est la 2ème édition de l’Université de l’égalité organisée avec l’appui de la Déléguée Régionale aux Droits des Femmes, Sciences Po Paris, la DIECCTE Martinique, et le MEDEF Martinique.
