    _La 1ère action_ de la formation Tremplin Vers l'Emploi concerne l'achat de prestations de formation pour la mise en oeuvre du dispositif dans les quatre micro-régions pour un effectif prévisionnel de 272 stagiaires et pour un volume global de 190 400 heures (114 240 heures en centre et 76 160 heures en entreprise). Les formation proposées s’adressent aux __ publics éloignés de l’emploi, demandeurs d’emploi orientés par les Structures d’accueil et d’orientation (Pôle emploi, Missions locales, Cap emploi ...). Ce dispositif de formation visant à préparer le stagiaire à une intégration sur le marché du travail comporte une période d'immersion en entreprise. Il a pour objectif de préparer le jeune à une intégration professionnelle réussie dans le cadre de différents types de contrats de travail (contrats de professionnalisation, d’apprentissage, CDD, CDI). En outre, il s’agit d’affiner ou de conforter le choix professionnel du stagiaire, par une remise à niveau de ses connaissances générales et par une meilleure approche du monde du travail. Il prévoit un maximum de 700 heures par stagiaire (420 en centre et 280 en entreprise) pour une durée de formation s'étalant sur cinq à six mois environ. L'organisme de formation s'engage à faciliter l'intégration dans la formation des personnes porteuses de handicap. _La 2ème action_ concerne la rémunération des stagiaires conformément à l'article R 6341-1 du Code du Travail.
