Ares aims to **double its impact** and to accompany more than 1,200 people in exclusion each year to employment by 2020. It is within this framework that a **cell development and social innovation**, AresLab, was created in January 2014 with the aim of developing tools and methods. The basics of this project were **established in 2014 and 2015** with a growing mobilisation of companies in the integration pathways, the creation of new company communication materials, large-scale contracts signed or in the process of marketing with large companies, and 3 co-construction projects studied. The 2014-15 ESF support enabled us to lay the foundations, tools and first stones of the project. This project was **followed up in 2016-2018** with the launch of 4 establishments, the modeling of the social joint venture concept, the development of tools to promote the employability of the host population, and the awareness of companies to hire profiles from the integration process. The ** AresLab project 2019-2020** builds on the experiences and tools deployed in previous years to develop the social impact of Ares, * internally with the objective of supporting 1200 people far from employment by 2020, * externally by strengthening our approach to disseminating the tools and methods developed by Ares to benefit from other structures, and thus multiply the impact of ESF support. To this end, the 2019-2020 project uses the following 2 levers: **_1\. Deploy partnerships and collaborations with companies to increase the number of jobs for people excluded or remote from the world of work_** **1.1 Strengthen large-scale and sustainable partnership collaborations with companies.** We will develop Ares’s business potential through public and private procurement, strengthen Ares’s activity in professional sectors with development potential such as digital and circular economy, and promote responsible purchasing from public or private companies. We also intend to strengthen the expertise in social clauses of our sales team in order to seize all the market opportunities that will arise in the coming years, especially in the context of Greater Paris. **1.2 Dissemination of the Social Joint Venture model and promote spin-off these company/association co-constructions.** Our doctoral student will finalise his academic research work on social joint ventures (JVS) in order to demonstrate its scientific impact, which will be finalised and disseminated by 2020. We will continue to share the modeling work with all interested companies or SIAEs, participating in events, developing dedicated tools such as the methodo pack, strengthening our communication policy, and supporting project promoters to launch their own JVS. We intend to launch two new JVS Ares and contribute to the launch of at least one external JVS by 2020. **1.3 Through the incubation cell, accompany and deploy new projects to accommodate more excluded people.** The AresLab incubation cell will qualify and carry out studies of opportunity of incoming projects, and will incubate two new projects to be launched between 2019 and 2020. In particular, we are in contact with Vinci to launch a JVS specialised in site logistics, in order to respond to the commercial opportunities induced by the many yards launched within the framework of Greater Paris in particular. In addition, we will enrich the support methodology for the creation and new projects, and also welcome external SIAE project promoters within our premises, in order to support them and make their project grow. **1.4 Develop our employment service to facilitate the recruitment or integration processes of our beneficiaries.** We will continue on a large scale to raise awareness of the approach of Ares and SIAE in general, with a view to improving the sustainable integration of our employees into integration and to facilitate contact with employers, start-up and support in employment. We want to strengthen the work of our Employment Service on professional sectors with recruitment potential, such as digital, for those who are furthest away from employment. We will also explore the possibility of responding with other structures to large calls for proposals for recruitment, strengthening our links with companies to receive and monitor those who are furthest away from employment, and intensify the use of volunteering for specific actions in favour of the most excluded. **_2\. **_2\.
