Ce projet vise à la mise en œuvre par 2 ETPT (pour 2 ETP) d’un accompagnement global, c’est à dire coordonné entre le conseiller Pôle emploi et un professionnel du travail social, pour des demandeurs d’emploi présentant un cumul de freins sociaux et professionnels qui entravent la recherche d’emploi. Il permet de simplifier le parcours du demandeur d'emploi en lui attribuant un conseiller qui veille à la bonne articulation des réponses mobilisées sur les deux champs dans le cadre d'une 4ème modalité de suivi et d'accompagnement. D'un point de vue opérationnel, l'opération 2017 est la poursuite de l'opération 2015-2016. De fait, les accompagnement démarrés en 2016 qui se sont terminés en 2017 constituent "un stock" de 70 participants au démarrage de l'action en 2017 qui ont été ajoutés à l'objectif théorique de 200 nouvelles entrées en 2017, ce qui donne un objectif total de 270 participants en 2017 (cf. fiche action) La répartition Femmes / Hommes a été faite en fonction du réalisé de l'opération 2015-2016 (French)

This project aims at the implementation by 2 ETPTs (for 2 FTEs) of comprehensive support, i.e. coordinated between the employment department adviser and a social work professional, for jobseekers with a combination of social and professional barriers that hinder job search. It makes it possible to simplify the career path of the job seeker by assigning him a counsellor who ensures that the answers mobilised in both fields are properly articulated within the framework of a fourth method of monitoring and accompanying. From an operational point of view, Operation 2017 is the continuation of Operation 2015-2016. Indeed, the support started in 2016 which ended in 2017 constitutes a “stock” of 70 participants at the start of the action in 2017 which were added to the theoretical target of 200 new entries in 2017, giving a total target of 270 participants in 2017 (see Action fiche) The distribution of women/men was made according to the implementation of the 2015-2016 operation.
