Wir gehen davon aus, dass die Teilnehmer Unterstützungsbedarf in mehreren Bereichen aufweisen, ein Abbau vorhandener Defizite jedoch innerhalb von 12 bis 15 Monaten erfolgen kann. Insbesondere geht es um den Erwerb beruflicher Qualifikationen, das Sammeln von Berufserfahrung in Unternehmen, die Stärkung der Leistungsfähigkeit und des Arbeits- und Sozialverhaltens, die Verbesserung der Rahmenbedingungen und den Aufbau von Motivation zur Aufnahme einer Arbeitstätigkeit. Die Qualifizierung findet in den Berufsbereichen Metall, Lager, Hauswirtschaft/HOGA, IT, Holz, Pflege/Betreuung, Hausmeistertätigkeiten und Elektro statt. Zur fördergerechten Unterstützung der Teilnehmer stehen uns Sozialpartner zur Seite, die wie wir Zielgruppenerfahrung besitzen und mit der Komplexität der Förderbedarfe vertraut sind. Ferner lenken unsere Sozialpädagogen den Förderprozess im Sinne der Teilnehmerbedürfnisse. Dazu zählt insbesondere auch Selbst- und Zeitmanagement der Teilnehmer. Die Maßnahme beginnt am 12. Juni 2017 und endet am 8. Juni 2018 für die Teilnehmer, die in einem Arbeitsverhältnis stehen. Das Projektende für Personen, die nicht vermittelt werden konnten, ist der 16. März 2018. (German)

We expect participants to have support needs in several areas, but a reduction of existing deficits can take place within 12 to 15 months. In particular, it concerns the acquisition of professional qualifications, the acquisition of professional experience in companies, the strengthening of performance and work and social behaviour, the improvement of the framework conditions and the development of motivation to start work. The qualification takes place in the fields of metal, warehouses, housekeeping/HOGA, IT, wood, care/supervising, care and electrical work. In order to support the participants in a suitable way, social partners, like us, are familiar with the complexity of the funding needs. Furthermore, our social educators direct the funding process in the sense of the participants’ needs. This includes in particular self- and time management of the participants. The action starts on 12 June 2017 and ends on 8 June 2018 for the participants in an employment relationship. The end of the project for people who could not be mediated is 16 March 2018. (English)
