Ab Juni 2019 soll der Opel MOKKA X in Eisenach produziert werden. Im Zuge der damit verbundenen Anlagenerweiterungen müssen einige Mitarbeiter der Instandhaltung gezielt daraufhin geschult werden. Mit dem TIA Portal stellt Siemens eine leistungsfähige Engineering-Umgebung zur Verfügung, die eine Vielzahl moderner Funktionen bietet, inklusive Energiemanagement oder dem Zugriff aus der Cloud. Aufgrund der hohen Komplexität des Systems sind theoretische und praktische Kenntnisse zur Projektierung, Programmierung, Inbetriebnahme, Diagnose und Fehlerbehebung bei fehlersicheren Systemen unumgänglich. Ziel des Projektes ist es, die Mitarbeiter zu befähigen, sicherheitsgerichtete Programme in F-FUP bzw. F-KOP zu erstellen sowie Fehler in F-Systemen zu diagnostizieren. Der dreitägige Kurs soll mit 3 Mitarbeitern in der KW 49 durchgeführt werden. Das Training wird in den Räumlichkeiten der Grollmus GmbH in Nürnberg stattfinden. (German)

The Opel MOKKA X will be produced in Eisenach from June 2019. As part of the associated plant expansions, some maintenance personnel need to be trained in a targeted manner. With the TIA Portal, Siemens provides a powerful engineering environment that offers a variety of modern features, including energy management or access from the cloud. Due to the high complexity of the system, theoretical and practical knowledge of project planning, programming, commissioning, diagnosis and troubleshooting in fault-proof systems is essential. The aim of the project is to enable employees to create safety-oriented programs in F-FUP or F-KOP as well as to diagnose errors in F-systems. The three-day course is to be conducted with 3 employees at KW 49. The training will take place in the premises of Grollmus GmbH in Nuremberg. (English)
