Zentrales Ziel des Projekts ist die Eignungsfeststellung für den Beruf des Altenpflegehelfers sowie die Vorbereitung auf die entsprechende Ausbildung durch Betreuung, Coaching, Begleitung u. Qualifizierung. Die Teilnehmenden sollen befähigt werden einen Ausbildungsplatz aufzunehmen und eine Fachschule zu besuchen. Während des Projektes sollen sowohl die personellen als auch messbare Kompetenzen ausgebaut werden. Theoretische Unterrichtsinhalte werden durch Praktika ergänzt. (German)

The main objective of the project is to determine the suitability for the profession of care assistant for the elderly as well as to prepare for the appropriate training through supervision, coaching, support and qualification. The participants should be enabled to take up a training place and to attend a technical school. During the project, both human and measurable skills will be developed. Theoretical teaching content is complemented by internships. (English)
