Im Rahmen des Vorhaben im Projektbereiches B - Vorhaben zur Berufsorientierung möchten wir das Projekt BO 2019/2020 Berufsorientierung in der Klassenstufe 9 - Praxisnahe zukunftsweisende Berufsorientierung mit den Schülern der Oberschule Nünchritz durchführen. Unser Vorhaben zielt auf die Stärkung der personalen Kompetenzen und der Motivation für Ausbildung und Beruf mittels: - Betriebs- u. Berufserkundung, - Interessenerkundung - Selbstreflexion, -fachpraktischen Erfahrungen durch Einbindung verschiedener Branchen sowie des Lernortes Betrieb/ betriebliches Praktikum in den Ferien, - Strategien zur Berufswahl- u. Entscheidungsfindung, - Realisierungsstrategien. Unter Berücksichtigung der Qualitätskriterien für Berufs- u. Studienorientierung streben wir gemeinsam mit dem teilnehmenden Schüler einen Zugewinn an persönlicher, soziokultureller u. berufspraktischer Kompetenz an. (German)

Our project aims to strengthen the personal skills and motivation for training and occupation by means of: — Company and professional exploration, — exploration of interests — self-reflection, practical experience through the integration of various sectors as well as the place of study in the company/company internship during the holidays, — strategies for career choice and decision-making, — implementation strategies. Taking into account the quality criteria for vocational and study orientation, we strive together with the participating student to gain personal, socio-cultural and professional competence.
