Ziel des Projektes ist es die berufliche Handlungsfähigkeit der Teilnehmenden durch den Auf- und Ausbau von berufsbezogenen Deutsch- und Fachkenntnissen zu verbessern. Mit verbesserten Deutsch- und Fachkenntnissen wird es den Teilnehmenden leichter fallen, sich beruflich zu orientieren, realistische Ziele zu setzen, ggf. an einer Qualifizierung teilzunehmen oder in Arbeit/Ausbildung zu gehen.
