As part of the support, the referent makes multidisciplinary and shared diagnoses of the situation: study of brakes and strengths, project development; implementation of the project; referral to possible training courses, accompanying measures for job search; immersion in business if necessary. The referents develop the institutional partnership, associative with the training organisations and with the companies in connection with the course of the participants. The referents shall organise and coordinate all the actions aimed at developing social and professional integration for each of their participants when the actions to be undertaken require the intervention of other competent bodies. Following the evaluation of the barriers, they work in consultation with the social partners to solve the problems of each participant. They shall set up a stage monitoring and evaluation, in consultation with the operating partners, training organisations in connection with the programming of the PLIE or common law actions. They contract each entry and exit of the journey stages. Accompaniment continues for more than 6 months after the start of employment (English)

    Le projet comprend deux référents de parcours avec un accompagnement individuel des 70 participants par référent, soit 140 participants. L'accompagnement des participants repose sur un suivi individualisé et personnalisé qui se réalise sous la forme d' un entretien physique individuel à minima mensuel, pendant lesquels un parcours est mis en oeuvre pour les personnes en situation d'accompagnement, ou pour les personnes en étape à temps partiel. \- entretien téléphonique pour les personnes en étape à temps plein. Dans le cadre de l'accompagnement le référent effectue des diagnostics pluridisciplinaires et partagés de la situation : étude des freins et des atouts, élaboration de projet ; mise en place du projet ; orientation vers des formations éventuelles, vers des mesures d'accompagnement de recherche d'emploi ; immersion en entreprise si besoin. Les référents développent le partenariat institutionnel, associatif avec les organismes de formation et avec les entreprises en lien avec le parcours des participants. Les référents assurent l'organisation et la coordination de l'ensemble des actions visant à développer l'insertion sociale et professionnelle pour chacun de leurs participants lorsque les actions à entreprendre nécessitent l'intervention d'autres organismes compétents. Suite à l'évaluation des freins, ils travaillent en concertation avec les partenaires sociaux, pour résoudre les problématiques de chaque participant. Ils mettent en place un suivi et une évaluation d'étape, en concertation avec les partenaires opérateurs, organismes de formation en lien avec la programmation du PLIE ou des actions du droit commun. Ils contractualisent chaque entrée et sortie des étapes de parcours. L'accompagnement se poursuit pendant plus de 6 mois après la mise à l'emploi (French)
