Preparation and Access to Employment, must enable the beneficiaries of the RSA and Ayants Rights, to reach the necessary prerequisites for the conduct of their professional project in order to promote in the short or medium term the return to direct employment, or through training, and to secure the sustainability of the pathway. We propose 484 measures for beneficiaries of the RSA and/or entitled to the plain zone of France. The EAP is, 5 successive and progressive steps over 12 months at the rate of an individual interview every 15 days at minimum, with a single reference to achieve the goal of return/access to employment: * Home/Professional and personnel * Development and validation of the professional project * Formalisation of an action plan and strategy * Achievement of the action plan * Monitoring in employment It is also a range of collective workshops that can be proposed at each stage of the recipient’s journey to facilitate the achievement of the objectives and give a collective “energy” to the delivery: * Workshop Review * Workshop Discovery of trades * Computer workshop * Linguistic workshop for professional purposes * Mobility Workshop * Workshop Law and knowledge of the company * Technical Workshop and Job Search * Workshop Dynamics Employment And finally, concrete and progressive steps are to be carried out between each meeting/Inter-session to promote the active approach and autonomy of the beneficiary.     La Préparation et Accès à l'Emploi, doit permettre aux publics bénéficiaires du RSA et Ayants Droits, d'atteindre les pré requis nécessaires à la conduite de leur projet professionnel pour favoriser à court ou moyen terme le retour à l'emploi direct, ou par le biais d'une formation, et sécuriser la pérennité du parcours. Nous proposons 484 mesures pour des bénéficiaires du RSA et/ou ayant droit de la zone plaine de France. La PAE c'est, 5 étapes successives et progressives sur 12 mois au rythme d'un entretien individuel tous les 15 jours à minima, avec un référent unique pour atteindre l'objectif de retour/accès à l'emploi : * Accueil / Bilan Personnel et professionnel * Elaboration et la validation du projet professionnel * Formalisation d'un plan et d'une stratégie d'action * Réalisation du plan d'action * Suivi dans l'emploi C'est aussi une palette d'ateliers collectifs pouvant être proposés à chaque étape du parcours du bénéficiaire pour faciliter l'atteinte des objectifs et donner un « élan » collectif à la prestation : * Atelier Bilan * Atelier Découverte des métiers * Atelier Informatique * Atelier Linguistique à visée professionnelle * Atelier Mobilité * Atelier Droit et connaissance de l'entreprise * Atelier Technique et Recherche d'Emploi * Atelier Espace Dynamique Emploi Et enfin, ce sont des démarches concrètes et progressives qui sont à réaliser entre chaque RDV/Inter-session pour favoriser la démarche active et l'autonomie du bénéficiaire.
