Cette action vise à faciliter et à développer les entrées de jeunes en emploi d’avenir en s’assurant que les jeunes correspondent aux critères d’admission à l’entrée dans le dispositif. Elle porte sur les conventions initiales et les renouvellements. Cela requiert une collecte et une analyse des données relatives à la situation du jeune en amont de son entrée dans le dispositif emploi d’avenir afin de définir les modalités et les objectifs de son parcours au sein de l’emploi d’avenir. L’action vise également à favoriser le maintien des jeunes en emploi d’avenir pour consolider leurs acquis par le renouvellement des contrats. L’accompagnement par les missions locales doit permettre au jeune de se maintenir dans son emploi, développer des compétences, savoir-être, savoir- faire. Cette action valorise également l’accompagnement du parcours d’insertion en emploi d’avenir. (French)
