**_3- planned actions:_** The operation covers two types of action: 1-The support of young people in the future: Before a young person enters the future employment scheme, it is necessary to ensure that: * its administrative eligibility for an EAV * the relevance of its orientation towards this scheme in relation to its situation in relation to its social and professional integration and to the content of the post and the training offered. The course is co-built and adjusted with the young person while taking into account the offers and objectives of the employers. This phase takes place in 3 stages: * identify unemployed young people for whom future entry into employment is an appropriate solution compared to other employment policy schemes (alternation, other assisted contracts, etc.); * identify potential employers and negotiate their commitments in terms of job content, career, training, and sustainability; * connecting young people and employers identified The action also aims to encourage the retention of young people in future employment in order to consolidate their achievements through the renewal of contracts. Support by local missions must enable young people to stay in their jobs, develop skills (knowledge, know-how, etc.). This action also promotes supporting the pathway of integration into future employment. It involves monitoring compliance with the employer’s commitments in terms of training, coaching and mentoring. 2-The “positive exit” (employment or training or start-up) of the young person at the end of the future employment: This action consists of accompanying the young person to the employment or training of the young person or the start-up of a business at the end of his contract. The aim is to assess the quality of the integration pathway for future job recipients, particularly in the light of the support provided during future employment by the local mission adviser. The positive output is understood as: any continuing employment situation: * permanent employment contract, fixed-term employment contract (6 months minimum), * establishment in the civil service, * self-employed employment, * creation of a business. _Jobs supported, regardless of their duration, as well as the entry into the structure of integration through economic activity are excluded from this category.__ any entry into vocational training for qualification or diploma as part of initial or continuing training The continuing employment situation or entry into training must take place no later than 4 weeks after leaving the scheme.
