Our approach aims to use the working situation as a lever to act on various barriers to their sustainable integration into employment. It is about working on employability to enable the implementation of an efficient professional project. In the face of the difficulties faced by candidates guided by the PLIE, we propose a scheme which is divided into two distinct actions: **ACTION 1**: Putting into work situations in ACI, enabling the assessment of the skills required to occupy the job best, for a sustainable integration into and into employment. **ACTION 2**: Discovery of the jobs of re-employment and Immersion within the various positions of the resource industry: collection, sorting, valuation, sale, reception. The aim of the site for the insertion of the Fabrique à... is to integrate people who are very far from employment socially and professionally by returning to work with support adapted to their constraints and difficulties. **_The general objectives of the site:_** Remobilise and train the employee on his/her workstation to enable him to acquire the professional know-being and know-how. Validate and implement, within the framework of a partnership maintained with the prescriber, an approach to the return of the employee to sustainable employment, taking into account his/her abilities and expectations. Support the employee in dealing with his social problems and promote the link with the competent professionals. Enable the employee to develop and validate a realistic and achievable professional project. Implement, within the framework of a partnership maintained with the prescriber, an approach for the employee’s return to sustainable employment and/or vocational training, taking into account his/her abilities and expectations. Relay and facilitate access to training and employment opportunities and foster contacts with professionals. The on-the-job training provided by technical supervisors should facilitate the resumption of an activity and the integration of participants. It also allows the acquisition of an initial experience and new skills. The project development is framed and defined by the integration team with the employee and involving technical supervisors. The employees then engage in an individualised action plan formalised by an accompanying booklet. (English)

    L’association a œuvré depuis 2014 pour la création d’une ressourcerie souhaitant intégrer une dimension d’insertion par l’activité économique, c’est naturellement qu’est apparue la volonté d’organiser l’activité de cette ressourcerie dans le cadre d’un Atelier Chantier d’Insertion, puisque les différentes missions proposées sont totalement adaptées à la prise de poste et à la montée en compétences d’un public en insertion. La plupart des personnes accompagnées dans le cadre du PLIE méconnaissent l'environnement lié au champ professionnel et leurs représentations de l'emploi sont très souvent éloignées de la réalité. Notre démarche vise à utiliser la situation de travail comme levier permettant ainsi d’agir sur différents freins à leur insertion durable dans l’emploi. Il s’agit de travailler sur l’employabilité afin de permettre la mise en œuvre d’un projet professionnel efficient. Face aux difficultés que rencontrent les candidats orientés par le PLIE nous proposons un dispositif qui se décline en deux actions distinctes : **ACTION 1** : Mise en situations de travail en ACI, permettant d'évaluer les compétences requises pour occuper au mieux le poste, pour une insertion durable vers et dans l’emploi. **ACTION 2** : Découverte des métiers du réemploi et Immersion au sein des différents postes des activités de la ressourcerie : collecte, tri, valorisation, vente, accueil. Le chantier d'insertion de la Fabrique À... a pour objet d'insérer socialement et professionnellement des personnes très éloignées de l'emploi par la reprise d'un travail avec un accompagnement adapté à leurs contraintes et difficultés. **_Les objectifs généraux du chantier :_** Remobiliser et former le salarié sur son poste de travail pour lui permettre d'acquérir les savoir-être et les savoir-faire professionnels. Valider et mettre en œuvre dans le cadre d'un partenariat maintenu avec le prescripteur une démarche de retour du salarié vers l'emploi pérenne en tenant compte de ses capacités et de ses attentes. Soutenir le salarié dans les démarches de résolution de ses problématiques sociales et favoriser le lien avec les professionnels compétents. Permettre au salarié d'élaborer et de valider un projet professionnel réaliste et réalisable. Mettre en œuvre, dans le cadre d'un partenariat maintenu avec le prescripteur, une démarche de retour du salarié vers l'emploi pérenne et/ ou la formation professionnelle en tenant compte de ses capacités et de ses attentes. Relayer et faciliter l'accès aux offres de formation et d'emploi et favoriser les contacts avec les professionnels. Dispensée par les encadrants techniques, la formation sur le poste de travail doit permettre de faciliter la reprise d'une activité et l'intégration des participants. Elle permet également l'acquisition d'une première expérience et de nouvelles compétences. L'élaboration de projet est cadrée et définie par l'équipe d'insertion avec le salarié et associant les encadrants techniques. Les salariés s'engagent alors dans un plan d'action individualisé et formalisé par un livret d'accompagnement. (French)
