The services consist of making the public space of Bordeaux’s territory clean, and include: \- scanning and manual cleaning: for the purpose of making the public space clean, these are manual sweeping operations, collecting, collecting, cleaning and disposing of all wastes and various wastes encountered on the public space, \- weeding and cleanliness of green and green spaces: manual or alternative weeding (thermal or mechanical) of mineralised areas and planted areas \- the removal of dead leaves by scanning or blowing If the holder undertakes to undertake an obligation to achieve results, the fact remains that, pursuant to Article 38 of Order No 2015-899 of 23 July 2015, he also undertakes to carry out, for the performance of the services, an integration action which allows access to or return to employment for persons experiencing social or occupational difficulties. Les prestations confiées aux SIAE viennent en complément de l'action des services métropolitains et concernent des opérations manuelles de propreté sur les voies, espaces publics et espaces verts de Bordeaux. Les prestations consistent à rendre propre l'espace public du territoire de Bordeaux, et comprennent : \- le balayage et nettoyage manuel : dans l'objectif de rendre propre l'espace public, il s'agit d'opérations de balayage manuel, de ramasser, collecter, nettoyer et évacuer tous les détritus et déchets divers rencontrés sur l'espace public, \- le désherbage et la propreté des espaces verts et végétalisés : désherbage manuel ou alternatif (thermique ou mécanique) des zones minéralisées et des zones plantées \- l'évacuation des feuilles mortes par balayage ou soufflage Si le titulaire s'engage sur une obligation de résultat, il n'en demeure pas moins qu'en application de l'article 38 de l'ordonnance n°2015-899 du 23 juillet 2015, il s'engage également à réaliser, pour l'exécution des prestations, une action d'insertion qui permette l'accès ou le retour à l'emploi des personnes rencontrant des difficultés sociales ou professionnelles.
