The SAINT-LO CAS is responsible for individualised social support for beneficiaries of the RSA who are subject to rights and duties and oriented towards a social integration pathway. The support of the RSA beneficiaries is entrusted to two social workers. They are responsible for: * to welcome and inform the beneficiary, * to make an in-depth diagnosis of his/her situation in the following fields: professional integration, social and educational integration, integration through housing, health, financial problems, * to set up a personalised action plan regularly evaluated and adjusted according to the actions undertaken and to report on it through a Reciprocal Commitment Contract. The social workers mobilise the relevant partners and carry out all requests for the implementation of the integration project. Le CCAS de SAINT-LO est chargé de l'accompagnement social individualisé des bénéficiaires du RSA soumis aux droits et devoirs et orientés vers un parcours d'insertion sociale. L'accompagnement des bénéficiaires RSA est confié à deux assistantes sociales. Elles sont chargées: * d’accueillir et d’informer le bénéficiaire, * de procéder à un diagnostic approfondi de sa situation dans les champs suivants : insertion professionnelle, insertion sociale et éducative, insertion par le logement, la santé, problématique financière, * de mettre en place un plan d’action personnalisé régulièrement évalué et réajusté en fonction des actions entreprises et d’en rendre compte au travers d’un Contrat d’Engagement Réciproque . Les assistantes sociales mobilisent les partenaires compétents et effectuent toutes les demandes permettant la réalisation du projet d’insertion. Le CCAS de SAINT-LO assure aussi la fonction de correspondant social pour ses ex-bénéficiaires réorientés vers un accompagnement professionnel et ce pendant une période de 6 mois. (French)
