    Ziel ist der Abbau von Langzeitarbeitslosigkeit. Für langzeitarbeitslose erwerbsfähige Leistungsberechtigte nach dem Zweiten Buch Sozialgesetzbuch (SGB II) sollen konkrete Perspektiven einer nachhaltigen beruflichen Eingliederung in den ersten Arbeitsmarkt geschaffen werden. Gezielt sollen Arbeitgeber für langzeitarbeitslose Frauen und Männer insbesondere durch aufsuchende Akquise, Beratung und Netzwerkarbeit gewonnen werden. Darüber hinaus sollen Qualifizierungsdefizite ausgeglichen, teilnehmende Frauen und Männer nach Beschäftigungsaufnahme intensiv betreut und die Beschäftigungsverhältnisse auf diese Weise nachhaltig stabilisiert werden.
