Le programme s’adresse à des personnes placées sous-main de justice, avec une priorité donnée aux personnes écrouées hébergées. Dans une optique de lutte contre la récidive, les actions de formation mises en œuvre dans le milieu carcéral doivent permettre aux personnes sous-main de justice d’entamer un parcours de formation professionnalisant ou qualifiant, de préparer leur sortie et de valoriser les compétences acquises dans leurs expériences antérieures ou dans le cadre d’activités suivies en détention. L’objectif en maison d’arrêt est de rendre le temps de détention le plus utile possible en initiant des parcours d’insertion professionnelle qui pourront ensuite être poursuivis à l’extérieur. En établissement pour peines en revanche, l’objectif est de donner accès à la qualification et dans la mesure du possible à un travail qualifié au sein même de la détention. Dans ces établissements le lien peut être fait avec le travail en détention. (French)
