The action to be implemented by the Local Mission Nivernais Morvan will go beyond the framework of a sponsorship, to offer young people real sessions, aimed at personal development, skills development and network development The “mentoring”, principle of this action, will be the link between a young person and a professional, through workshops aimed at building the relationship between the mentor and the mentor. This action aims to fully integrate the professional (mentor) into the relationship between him and the young, and vice versa. Thus, it aims to offer a three-day internship twice a year, on the formation of a group of 10 to 15 young people per session, followed by a day of support a few days later, and a follow-up of the relationship during the following months. This 3-day course will bring together young people (identified and positioned by the advisors of the Nivernais Morvan Local Mission) and business leaders or active or retired people with networks, and speakers, in a neutral location (camps for holidays, or other place different from the premises of the Local Mission). Its objective is to create mentoring relationships between young people and professionals (by pair/professional with multiple youth and vice versa, depending on the affinities that will be created). It will propose a comprehensive programme to improve the employability of young people and their professional networks. Focusing on connecting young people with their mentors, the aim will be to offer workshops to create the relationship itself: teambuilding activities, workshops for exchanges between mentors and young people, fun activities (preparation of a meal by pairs guided by a chef)... The 3-day program will also scan items to develop the skills and abilities of the young people themselves, such as: \- acquired and transversal skills: determination of skills and their valorisation, definition of transversal competences \- know-being, know-how, know-how: stress management in the workplace, image counselling, experience a great team \- technical workshops and appropriation of tools and methods of job search: simulations of recruitment interviews, CV writing and motivation letters, use of social networks that “boost” job search (viadeo, linkendin, but also Facebook...), improtraining \- development of the professional network: understand the projected professional context, build your professional project, expand its professional network \- playful, sports or cultural workshops, depending on programming (activities allowing the development of related skills and faculties to increase mobility, dynamism, a spirit of challenge,...) (examples: orientation race, nature activities, etc. The accompaniment will be carried out by a professional coach. This course will be followed three weeks later, by half a day of meetings to take stock of developments following the internship and to set up an individualised support programme for each young person in connection with his mentor. The young person, during this day, will develop, with the mentor, his/her integration action plan (examples: contact 5 companies within 7 days, search for training adapted to the project, submit 3 spontaneous applications...). But, the mentor will also be committed to this action plan (commit to make 3 companies in the sector known to the young person, to visit 5 companies other than those aimed at his project,...). The mentor will accompany the young person, for an additional 2 months at a minimum, to facilitate his/her professional integration and to open him on his network or to give him advice and support. Follow-up reviews will be carried out by the local mission advisor, who will take stock with the young person and the mentor to learn about the progress, and possibly adjust the relationship, remove some barriers, bring his/her expertise on various points. This project will therefore work on supporting integration, but also on the themes of well-living together (life in community, empowerment as well), and mobility. (English)

(French)
