The reception phase: Face-to-face with the reference assigned, the participant co builds the forward career path, which will last on average two years. 1. The Integration Commission: With regard to the Host Structure, elected representatives and various socio-professional partners present a validation or invalidation of the courses presented is notified.     L'opération d’ "Accueil, orientation, accompagnement renforcé des participants du PLIE" consiste à mettre à disposition des participants, 1 référente unique. Cet accompagnement individualisé et renforcé se veut de proximité en centre ville d’Agen. Il prend en compte la globalité de la situation de la personne. Pour se faire, la référente s’appuiera sur les principes de l’INSUP sur la notion d’accompagnement basés sur : \- **_Une dynamique permanente_** : recherche d’emploi, de formation, participation à des prestations \- **_L’exploitation du réseau partenarial_** : les acteurs de l’insertion sociale, de l’insertion par l’économique, les entreprises et groupements partenaires, d’une base de données Entreprises Insup « Artis » \- **_L’individualisation_** : tous les participants n’ont pas les mêmes situations de vie et donc pas les mêmes besoins \- **_L’évaluation_** : au terme de chaque étape mise en place et ajustement des étapes suivantes projetées \- **_L’organisation, la coordination, le suivi_** avec les organismes de formation, les entreprises, les institutionnels de l’insertion sociale, les partenaires du PLIE. \- **_L’accompagnement vers et l’emploi, le suivi et le maintien dans l’emploi_** : formation de la personnes aux techniques de recherche d’emploi, recherche d’emploi, positionnement sur des offres par la référente, accompagnement physique aux entretiens de sélection si nécessaire, suivi téléphonique durant le contrat, rendez-vous tri partite avec l’employeur et le participant sur le lieu de travail pour le maintien dans l’emploi. Pour ce faire, trois étapes sont nécessaires avant la mise en œuvre du parcours d’insertion du participant : Une information collective, une phase d’accueil et une commission d’intégration. 1. L’information collective : Animée chaque mois par les différents référents Elle présente le dispositif et la mission du PLIE aux futurs participants prescrits au préalable. 1. La phase d’accueil : En face à face avec la référente affectée, le participant co construit le parcours professionnel prévisionnel qui durera en moyenne deux ans. 1. La commission d’intégration : Au regard de la Structure d’Accueil, des élus et différents partenaires socio professionnels présents une validation ou invalidation des parcours présentés est notifiée. La signature d’un contrat d’engagement par le participant marque le début de l’accompagnement. **_La mise en œuvre du parcours et de ses différentes étapes démarre_** ** _._** La référente élabore avec le participant, un parcours d'insertion professionnel, lui propose des moyens lui permettant de réaliser son parcours. Elle assure un suivi rapproché afin de pouvoir intervenir rapidement en cas d'accident de parcours ou d'inadéquation entre la solution mise en œuvre, les besoins réels du participant et sa capacité à l'assumer. Elle analyse systématiquement les offres d'emploi et de formation afin de repérer celles qui sont en adéquation avec le profil et les capacités des personnes. Elle propose et argumente la candidature des participants au service entreprise par l'intermédiaire de la personne chargée des positionnements Et enfin, elle accompagne le participant sur l'emploi et facilite son intégration dans l'entreprise. Dans le cadre du suivi en emploi des participants, elle assure une visite physique ou téléphonique systématique avec l'employeur afin de mesurer d'éventuels écarts entre le besoin de l'employeur et les compétences ou savoir être du salarié et de proposer des réajustements si nécessaires (French)
